A large spacious 2 bed cottage (sleeps 5), log burner and sunny south facing enclosed garden, that opens onto fields with fire pit, sunken trampolines, a shared games room with pool, table tennis, basketball and go-karts. Perfect for surfers, couples and families, as both dog and child friendly. Wonderful rural location, yet only minutes drive from the sea. Great location for biking, walking and surfing. EV charging points. Alpaca experiences, private yoga and holistic therapies & massages.

This child and dog-friendly*, single-storey cottage is one of Cheristow farm cottages, clustered around the former farmyard; Guests can use the spa room with it hot tub & sauna and the children's play area, with long green views to the sea. *Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £25 per dog, per stay. 1 can be included on booking, for a 2nd we'd request payment separately.

Barrel Top Wagon, The Glade, Bondleigh

Our beautiful barrel top wagon is set in it's own private woodland glade with ample parking. It is light, airy and comfortable, perfect for a quiet escape with wildlife on the doorstep. It is eco friendly with a compost loo, reed bed water filtration system and cosy wood burner. Good for one couple or single person. Well behaved dogs are welcome. There is no TV or internet and the phone signal is sporadic. (Visitors are welcome to use host's landline in an emergency).

Big detached family house near beach and shops.

A detached home in the heart of Braunton village, quiet but very central with a wide range of local shops, restaurants and pubs within 5 mins walk. The large garden is surrounded by high walls, making it private and safe for children. Large trampoline, BBQ and large outside dining area. Fantastic fully equipped kitchen and lots of indoor entertainment including projector with 72" screen.
