Lorraine’s place is in a fantastic location, overlooking Arrawarra surf break. We had a lovely stay and wish we had stayed longer! A great spot if you’re looking for some time away or tripping up the coast as we were. Lorraine was able to greet us and answer any questions, thanks for being so helpful! We would highly recommend this stay.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

Beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for a quite beach getaway. Location overlooking the sand dunes and surf was magical. We were able to walk everywhere…. Wooli Wooli Cafe for great coffee, the bowls club for yummy Chinese dinner and the Wooli Boat hire for a couple of hours cruising Wooli Wooli River. We felt very at home in your gorgeous beach getaway Sally. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We booked last minute at this place, and Michelle was quick to reply and accept the booking. We felt very look after, and the place was very clean, and a great place to stay. Close to the beach and town, we loved staying here.

Everything was as described. Easy to deal with host. Clean and functional rooms. Beautiful view.

We had a great time staying here, so close to the beach for lovely walks or just sitting watching the waves come in. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I had the pleasure of staying at Heather home for over 3 months while our home was being renovated under an insurance claim. Heather is extremely kind and was wonderful in accomadating our booking extensions each time, going above and beyond, to ensure we didn't have to move on until we could move home. Heather's home is beautiful and luxuriously styled, with all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, the surroundings were very peaceful with direct access to the river in your back yard, I highly recommend this property and host. I hope to stay here again in the future. Heather is a most generous, genuine and lovely woman, and an absolute pleasure to meet.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Jodie has a great house situated at the very end of a Water Ski Lodge. While the location is about 20mins out of town the views and privacy are well worth any inconvenience. We were a group of 9 adults and found the house perfect for our needs. Its a very well maintained property with manicured gardens and very tasteful appointments inside. Lots of parking room for multiple vehicles and boats. The pool table and Gazebo were used each night & is a great place to relax. Lots of friendly wildlife around including water dragons, green tree frogs and a variety of birds. Highly recommend.

Karen was really helpful with all our requests prior to arrival. Some really nice things left for us such as the locally ground coffee which was greatly appreciated. My son really enjoyed the fishing off the pontoon where he caught and released a 90cm flathead and a huge mud crab. Great location for exploring the local area.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. Alex, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful. The house easily accommodated our family of eight adults and one child. We all had room to socialise together in the large lounge, kitchen, dining area, or in the outdoor area beside the pool. We could also get away from each other in our own spacious rooms. Our three cars could be housed in a secure, lock up garage. Being within walking distance of the creek, the beach, as well as the Jetty and marina precinct, was fabulous. We all had a great stay and if we return to Coffs, we would definitely consider re-booking this accommodation.

Wow!! From the moment we walked in, it honestly took our breath away! We travelled as a family of 4, mum and 3 boys and this spot was just what we wanted, right on the beach, literally just step outside the door. There is a seat just outside which is the perfect viewing platform to watch the kids swim, fish and play while enjoying a coffee in the morning or wine for sunset (of course when we weren't down there enjoying the beach with them). The house itself has been renovated perfectly and set up for a stay with everything thought of including a basket of blankets by the lounge for the cooler evenings when the doors are all open and the waves are crashing outside, it was just so cosy! The bedroom linen was also pristine, it really gave the stay a touch of luxe and the lovely beach sarongs/turkish towels were great to utilise for our quick ocean dips out front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee machine and pods was thoroughly appreciated. We loved our stay!

This place was well and truly above our expectations and housed 4 adults and 5 children perfectly. We never felt cramped. All the furniture catered for our two families combined easily and the abundance of plates, bowls, serving bowls and even an airfryer meant we could prepare meals with so much ease. An easy walk to main beach and back beach, in an incredibly peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. One of the locals even shared his fishing marks with us so the dads could take the kids fishing. It was such an incredible time. The house is immaculate and clean and we especially appreciated the table tennis table downstairs. The host gave us easy, detailed instructions for everything from entry, where to park, what’s around and tv instructions that we wanted for nothing the whole time. Cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back to do it all again. Thank you again, Erin!
