We had a wonderful stay. House was clean, cozy and fully furnished. Host was communicative and accommodating.

This is a wonderful place close to the city with beautiful views.

Great place to kick back away from the city. make sure you have your car rental set to go. don't depend on yellow cab or sourdough service little pricey. this place is the true Diamond in the rough, as in away from the city rough. fishing was great also.

Our stay was exactly what we needed. Mindy’s Viewtopia was clean, conveniently located, the neighborhood was quiet and there were clear instructions on the house rules as well as what to do in the area. Mindy was responsive, friendly and a great host. We’ll definitely be back.

I used Laurel‘s place for a work trip and my colleagues and I absolutely enjoyed our time there. It was peaceful, provided a ton of kitchen space, coffee maker, and comfortable living and seating spaces, and bedding.

I periodically work in Ketchikan and wanted to show it off to my son and father. This property did not disappoint! I could not believe the view! From sun up to sun down it seemed to get better and better. The house was large, clean, and extremely comfortable! I stayed in the room with the view of the water and left the blinds open to wake up to the sunrise. They thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. My dad loved all of the driftwood touches which added to the beachy feel. The porch was perfect for playing games, drinking coffee, and having a glass of wine with dinner. I worried about making it up the hill in our low profile rental car-it did fine but required some maneuvering to get up and down it. They did point this out in advance. It is a bit away from town-but in a very good way! Away from cruise ships and crowds and oh so lovely! The pictures don’t do the place justice!

Above our expectations! Amazing views, very spacious. Beautiful place for large family gatherings in Ketchikan and we hope to stay again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Deborah & Chris’ place in Ketchikan! It was the perfect mix of cozy comfort and modern amenities. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful local recommendations and making sure everything was just right. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to a warm and inviting living space. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. Conveniently located to the high school, ferry and airport. It’s also a short drive to downtown Ketchikan. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ketchikan – it's truly a hidden gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This AirBNB property is located in a great location. A short drive to town to enjoy the great restaurants & shopping. A very pleasant view of the water from the porch & dining area. A fantastic kitchen with all of the necessary amenities and a large table. The owner was extremely responsive and attentive to details. The most comfortable beds we have ever experienced! The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be staying at this property again & we are already recommending it to others. I’m a local here and Ketchikan but needed a weekend to stay with my son and I until I could move in elsewhere. This is definitely the gem in Ketchikan ,easy to get to as advertised beautiful surroundings and the easiest way to get into the apartment you have to book it to find out what I mean..
