The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

This unit is in a super location. Close to transport- trains, trams and buses. Quirky arcades with a good variety of different cuisines at reasonable prices. Higher Ground Cafe is just around the corner for deliciously different food and sublime coffee. The unit is very clean and well laid out. Overlooks Southern Cross Station, Marvel Stadium and Docklands. Trong Giang is a great communicator and responds to all questions in a timely manner.

It is more than our expectation. We got a 3 bedrooms apartment which perfect fit to out family. The unit is quite clean. It is very new. Our family happy to stay and would love to stay longer but the trip needs to go on. Our 6 years old children like the place. The host is proactive and responsive.

Great Air BnB house and Convenient to where we needed to be. Enjoyed the Quiet surroundings and we enjoyed a morning walk around the neighbourhood too.

Our host Nhu was very friendly and helpful. The house eventhough was on a busy road settled down during the night and we slept soundly. Bedding and linen were all comfy and clean. Furthermore only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza or 3 minute drive as well.

Lily is a great hostess always resposive and helpful if you needed anything. Great location. With a great little shopping and food precinct just down the road. Tribeca shopping precint. Try the fish n chip shop. Lily thank you very much for having myself and my family at your propery. Such a lovely spot to stay.

Really well appointed facilities that catered to all of six of us at one point and never ran out of hot water! Comfy beds and lovely large open lounge/kitchen and dining area. Jerry was great in his communication and responsiveness to queries. Close and convenient to local shops and restaurants.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place, great view and a great place for accessing transport

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
