Cozy Rooftop Retreat in Coyoacan

Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

Disfruta de este Loft práctico y cómodo a 10 minutos del Aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México, Estadio GNP/Autódromo, Palacio de los deportes, Terminal de Autobuses TAPO Centro Comercial Oceanía/IkEA con cafés, bares, restaurantes, cines y tiendas. El Loft se está ubicado en segundo nivel, con cama individual, Cocina equipada, TV ROKU , escritorio, caja de seguridad Wi-Fi y baño privado. El edificio cuenta con Lavadora y Roof Garden de uso compartido. Frente al edificio hay un parque.

Cómodo departamento entero con los elementos necesarios para una estancia agradable. Está muy bien ubicado y conecta con varios puntos importantes de la Ciudad (ejemplos: Zócalo o Bellas Artes, 25 min en Metro; Palacio de los deportes, 25 min en Metro o Metrobús). El vecindario es súper tranquilo y transitable con seguridad. El barrio permite dar paseos y disfrutar de sus comercios como cafés, heladerías, fondas, mercado (a tres cuadras) y varios servicios como lavanderías. Te agradará

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
