Express Studio Units- no range

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Lots of room for friends and families. A peaceful and roomy 3 bedroom apartment that spans the entire second floor of a 4000 square foot farm house built in 1862. 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Mavillette Beach which is one of the best in Nova Scotia. Front porch to sit on and enjoy an evening sunset with a 2nd floor deck at the back to watch the sunrise. River access through the back yard where you will find a small dock and a couple of kayaks. Quiet, yet close to all amenities.
