I had a fantastic stay at Norma’s place. The unit is very nice and modern. It has the best equipped kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. If you like to cook meals while you stay you will be very happy here. The view is beautiful and the private terrace is one of the best features. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to centro. It is a steep climb back up but taxis and Ubers are cheap and readily available if you don’t want to walk it. Norma is lovely and a perfect host. Always available but never intrusive and very helpful. She even arranged for a taxi to the airport for me! I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Guanajuato. 5+ stars!

Elliot is very hospitable, we have very smooth and friendly communication. Especially his son Mozart, is also a great kid, can speak French, Italian, and English, but also can program, and successfully played the role of little you’re tourist.

That view!!!!! The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing and the star of the show in this apartment. The living space was great, had everything we needed. Filtered water on tap was great to have!! Fernando was super friendly and helped us get our luggage down the steps to the apartment. The steps…..they are not kidding about them. It’s a lot of steps and as Fernando said, they are “Mexican steps”, not the most even and easy to navigate. The apartment and view is worth it though. Highly recommend for this those that can navigate steps easily.

Más que perfecto por su ubicación para visitar Guanajuato, anfitriona atenta, el lugar realmente un espectaculo de belleza, comodidad y limpieza. Muy agradecidos.

La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Torsten y Gerardo siempre estuvieron al pendiente de todo. La casa es espaciosa y amplia. Hay mucha agua en las llaves y regaderas. Las camas son cómodas y pudimos estar con nuestra mascota sin ningún problema. Tomen en cuenta que llegar a la casa si es algo complicado ya que hay que bajar y subir muchas escaleras. Si llevas maletas tendrás que bajarlas por una serie de escalares entonces debes de tener condición física para poder realizarlo. El centro queda aproximadamente a 10 minutos bajando las escaleras. Realmente es una casa muy cómoda y bonita. Me gustó mucho.

We loved our stay here and would give 10 stars if we could. Hosts Laura and Daniel are super kind and helpful. The apartment is a good size and very comfortable, and the surroundings are peaceful with spectacular views. It is a pleasant walk into Centro.

El lugar fue perfecto para el tipo de plan que tenía, muy cómodo, tranquilo y silencioso. La atención y comunicación con el anfitrión fue super buena, super amables.

Julio was proactive before check in to make sure we were able to find his place by sending additional instructions with pictures that were very helpful. His local manager was there to meet us at check in and graciously answered all our questions and how he could make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt very cozy, comfortable and safe during our entire stay. The view of the city from the terrace is like a dream. This place is a gem, a great value for the money. Will make your experience in Guanajuato one to truly remember. We’ll be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Tom's house! The place has a ton of charm and was very nicely renovated, so it feels homey and comfortable even though the layout is a bit quirky, everything is very functional. Folks should know that the second set of stairs that leads to the terrace is extremely narrow and pretty steep. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for some people. The terrace itself is amazing with an unforgettable view. The location is perfect, right in the center of Guanajuato, in walking distance to everything. DJ, the host, was very welcoming and available, which made everything easier (thank you DJ!). We would gladly come back!

El lugar es muy bonito, seguro, tranquilo, el jacuzzi es perfecto, nos tocó buen clima, el baño amplio y limpio. Mis perritos estuvieron felices e hicieron amigos perritos ahí mismo, la vecina de la entrada muy amable y vende botanitas. La fogata amenizó la noche y fue muy fácil armarla ya que nos dejaron todo lo necesario. El anfitrión siempre al pendiente. Sin duda volveremos.

We could not have been happier with finding this place! We had stayed in Guanajuato five years ago and feel very fortunate to have found this place – – the house felt very private and secluded. Although there was unavoidable city noise at times, for the most part it was quiet nearly every by 9:30 PM. We especially enjoyed the garden plaza-– the plants, the fruit trees, the birds, and the squirrel! You cannot find a place like this in Guanajuato. The house is centrally located and yet you have your own oasis in your backyard. Thomas could not have been a better host. He met us when we got in after a much delayed flight – – at 11 PM. He made sure that we felt comfortable at the house and he gave us great local tips. We will be sure to return when next we are in Guanajuato. Especially since we would love to cross paths with Thomas again! Thanks so much, Thomas. Also, there are no pictures of the lovely bathrooms. The tiling and the sinks are spectacular.

Es muchísimo más bonita de lo que se ve, un lugar muy cómodo, el anfitrión súper amable y siempre al pendiente de todo, la casa estaba muy limpia, una vista increíble, quien me recibió súper amable. Sin duda volveré pronto.

el alojamiento de Ana es muy tranquilo y acogedor, te sientes como en casa, los servicios que publican son tal cual los que hay, el acceso es fácil, la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy amable, recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento, no duden en reservar con Ana ☺️

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

La estancia fue súper agradable, limpia, está como en las fotos, Sara y Germán fueron unos excelentes anfitriones ya que resolvían cada duda y estaban muy al pendiente de nosotros, muy buena ubicación y la barbacoa que nos recomendaron los anfitriones está muy rica. Sin duda volveremos.

El departamento está muy bien y cumple todo lo que dice, pasamos pésima noche ya que el calor era insoportable y al abrir las ventanas había muchísimo ruido de la avenidas cercanas, cuenta con dos ventiladores pero no fueron suficientes ya que el aire se sentía caliente. Sin embargo, ninguna de esas cosas estaba bajo el control de Flavio, quien fue muy amable en todo momento. Solo recomiendo tomar en cuenta eso, sobre todo si tienes hijos pequeños (como yo). Con el alojamiento todo perfecto y la atención también. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí pero en invierno 😂 o con mini splits.

ya nos habíamos hospedado en este departamento antes y la verdad me fascina, podría volver todos los años, el departamento es lindo y cómodo. el anfitrión estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo.
