Long Sands Cottage - Walk to Beach

Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. BYO Linens and Towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two beach chairs available for your use. If you are looking for a restaurant close by try Stones Throw.

This bright, airy 2nd-floor studio condo sits in a peaceful Cape Neddick setting (on the Ogunquit line), just a 5-minute walk to Perkins Cove. The cozy unit features a separate kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop), a combined sitting/sleeping area, and bathroom with stand-up shower. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
