Pool for private use, whirlpool, sauna, fitness room, billiard table, darts, table tennis, volleyball court.Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a side-by-side refrigerator. A large terrace with seating and dining area offers beautiful views of the pool and garden, a place for everyday rest.

More than 100 years old stone house renovated in 2012,is located in the village of Donji Zemunik, about 14 km. east of Zadar. House for 10 persons : about 150 m2 on two floors, nice garden with heating swiming pool ideal for family holiday. We have domestic animals since recently in our estate. Children can ride a pony,take a fresh eggs or feed the animals. In our neighborhood from this year we have the equestrian club Equo. We can organize riding lessons, riding school and field riding.
