It's a detached apartment, on the first floor of a dublex house, with it's own stair ladder - so no restrictions on access - whole property available. There is washing machine which you can use, wifi, international channels on tv, air condition and a pharmacy box. As a super host, I will be avaliable if you need anything and you can contact me 24/7 on here or on mobile provided. You will be provided before your arrival with a lot of information about the area and the experiences you can have here, so you'll be totally prepared for your holidays. Local amenities include tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path. In Agios Nikolaos you don't need a car! Το σπίτι αποτελείτε από το κυρίως δωμάτιο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το καθιστικό με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και κούνια για μωρό αν χρειαστεί.

Our home is located 2 MINUTES WALK from city center though it is in a quiet street next to the lake. The House was built at the middle of the 20th century,it's a stone house and One of the oldest and unique in their kind that you can rent in the city of Agios Nikolaos. Location of the home is ideal especially if you are dreaming of waking up and just walking to every single bit of the city.

General disinfection is done at home before each arrival. The house is located in the area of Amoudara 50 meters from the sandy beach. It is a brand new home with nice decoration.
