Charmant appartement, parfait pour famille avec un enfant. Le sejour est agreable, avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le centre est accessible a pied, les telecabines aussi (10 minutes de marche). L'hote etait tres reactif aussi, merci et au plaisir de revenir :)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Nathalie. L’endroit était sain, très propre et cosy à la fois. Situé dans un endroit très calme avec une place de parking proche Merci aux hôtes.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was even better than described—truly unbeatable. Being able to ski right out of the apartment onto the lift and seamlessly ski back into the ski room made the experience effortless and unforgettable. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the comfort and luxury of the stay. Pascale was a wonderful and attentive host, ensuring everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

С заселением были сложности, так как в месте, где находился кейс с ключами не ловил мой сотовый оператор и приходилось выходить, чтобы получить дальнейшие инструкции. По поводу квартиры- нас было двое, я с маленьким ребенком и меня устроило абсолютно все! В первую очередь кровать, с которой мой ребенок не имел возможности упасть. Также был отличный балкон. Не планировала, но воспользовалась гаражом, который входил в стоимость и это оказалось очень удобно! Не смотря на то, что кажется, что квартира далеко от центра- это совсем не так! Отличная набережная и центр в пешей доступности. Мы очень много гуляли с коляской. везде есть проезд для нее -очень удобно. Также в квартире есть вся необходимая посуда, чтобы приготовить себе пищу. Нет телевизора, но он не был нам нужен. Техника в рабочем состоянии, есть моющие средства, чтобы убрать ха собой. Порекомендовала бы побольше мусорных пакетов оставить, так как мы жили больше недели и двух нам не хватило. Отличная квартира!

Très bon séjour en famille chez Kim. Instructions claires et très bonne communication au fil du séjour. Le logement bénéficie d’un parking très accessible, à distance à pied du lac et 15 min du vieux centre. Il y a des commerces de très bonne qualité à proximité immédiate (dans la rue) et le marché le mercredi ! Parfait pour découvrir Annecy et les abords du lac.

Appartement conforme au descriptif. Petite cour agréable pour les apéros. Secteur calme et facile d'accès. Environ 30 mn à pieds de la vieille ville mais parking sur la place des romains possible et gratuit le soir. Corine est très réactive pour répondre. Je recommande.

On a été très content!!! L’appartement correspond à toutes les photos. On a passé une semaine agréable!!!!! La cuisine est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très attentif et toujours à l’écoute.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Très belle semaine du jour de l'an avec neige et soleil sublimée par la très belle vue du châlet sur la vallée et la chaîne du Mont-Blanc. Hôte très accueillante, attentionnée et réactive pendant le séjour. Châlet bien équipé. Merci !

Superbe chalet rénové avec grand soin. Très belles prestations. Chaque chambre est indépendante avec ses propres douches et toilettes. Le sauna est très bien (on y tient à 4 en se serrant un peu) Belle pièce à vivre. A 5-10 min du centre de Champagny le Haut (télécabine) en voiture et accessible en navette (3 min à pied du chalet. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très bon séjour. Logement impeccable. Parfait pour un couple. Accessible à pied depuis le village. Le logement est chou. Petit, mais parfait pour deux. Tout fonctionne et les petites attentions à l’arrivée très appréciées. Literie confortable, ni trop dure ni trop molle. Environnement calme parce que dans une impasse, et voisins sympas. Hote réactif et attentionné. Commodité et cuisine idéales. Un petit plus ? La visite quotidienne du petit chien du quartier, qui vient chercher des câlins…

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

Nous connaissions bien cette belle résidence à quelques pas du centre de Ste Foy. Séjour en famille très agréable dans cet appartement haut perché, confortable et à la vue magnifique. Hôte réactif et empathique. Thank you ! Hope to come back soon.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. Tout est conforme à la description. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel. La localisation est parfaite pour les skieurs (ski aux pieds) et le village (Belle Plagne) est très agréable. La station est vraiment grande et de nombreuses activités sont disponibles. Le petit + de cette location est la partie spa, piscine. Idéale pour se détendre après une journée sportive ou pas 😉. Fabienne est aussi réactive et agréable au niveau de la communication. Bref de bonnes vacances.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, on se sent extrêmement bien dans cette maison où il ne manque rien, la propreté est parfaite, les équipements qualitatifs rien est à redire et l emplacement est incroyable. The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.
