Beautiful Tiny house cottage with a covered porch and hot tub in a country setting just three minutes to downtown Snohomish. The kitchen is definitely the focal point to the interior. It is open and bright with all your kitchen needs. Complimentary coffee and popcorn included. When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear. Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year.
