Petite maison indépendante et authentique, tout équipée, pour accueillir une personne seule ou en couple, ayant un bon esprit de convivialité, de rencontre, agréable et sympathique, et qui aime les chiens. En plein coeur de l'Andalousie, la maison se situe proche du village de Colmenar, au milieu des oliviers et des amandiers et à une demie-heure de Malaga. Il y a une toute petite piscine qui n'est pas faite pour nager mais pour se rafraîchir en cas de grosse chaleur (crème solaire interdite).

Et nybygd townhouse med to boutique leiligheter i den sjarmerende, hvite landsbyen Mijas Pueblo. Leil. Coco i 2. etg har egen, møblert patio på baksiden. På den store takterrassen - som leilighetene deler - er det basseng (3x2 m) og en praktfull utsikt over havet og fjellene. Landsbyen ligger mellom Málaga og Marbella; en 30 min kjøretur i hver retning. Kun ca 15 min å kjøre til den første av mange sandstrender langs kystlinjen. Et par min.`s gange til kafeer, restauranter, butikker og torg!

Situated on a car friendly track approx 6 mins drive from Alora town. Even in winter months, the temperature is +10° than official temperature.
