Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Het ligt op slechts 20 km van het bekende kuuroord Meran, dat in elk seizoen een bijna onuitputtelijk scala aan sport- en amusementsmogelijkheden biedt. Het vakantiehuis bestaat uit een woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken met afwasmachine, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en is dus geschikt voor 10 personen.

Dit chalet met 3 verdiepingen bestaat uit een woonkamer, een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en is daarom geschikt voor 8 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn Wi-Fi, een wasmachine, een droger, een spelcomputer en kinderboeken en speelgoed. Bovendien is er een privésauna beschikbaar voor gebruik.

By a crackling fire in the living room or a dinner under the starry sky, you can end the day in the best possible way.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
