Tropical Studio is a very cozy apartment 100% sustainable, totally independent, located on the ground floor of a large Andalusian country house. It has two terraces, a spacious garden with lush green lawns and a eco-salt pool with wide sunbathing areas. All of this is surrounded by 3,000m² of certified organic land with orange, avocado, centenary olive and other southern trees. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.

Privébadkamer op een paar stappen met douche. Wi-Fi, zwembad en gedeelde gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Prachtig uitzicht op de Sierra Nevada. Perfect om te ontspannen.

El sueño de un Cortijo Andaluz La Solanilla

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 40€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.

2 ruime kamers: een kamer voor vier personen met 4 enkele bedden. Op vraag kunnen ze ook samengeplaatst worden. De andere kamer heeft een dubbel bed. Twee badkamers. Verder zijn er twee woonkamers en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Buiten kan je genieten van een aangename tuin met terras en privé zwembad met zout water (minder dan 10% zout in vergelijking met zeewater en zonder chemicaliën).
