Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Renewed townhouse, 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths located in Jax Beach, just a minute (approximately 130 yards/2 blocks) walk to the ocean. Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Oasis steps from the ocean

Our magical, private OCEANFRONT home is the CLOSEST house to the Atlantic Ocean on Amelia Island. Our 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests. The beautifully renovated completely stocked bathroom is spacious. There is a private spacious hot/cold shower on the lower deck as well! Our kitchen is perfect. We have added 3 bikes! Located on the wonderfully quiet and pristine Amelia Island and steps from the ocean, when you visit our home for a week, you may find yourself wanting to stay a month.

This fully-equipped, refurnished property is tucked within the southern-most cluster of the Shipwatch Villas, an oceanfront complex situated in the gated Amelia Island Plantation. Bring the whole family to this amazing 4BR/ 3.5BA beach house just 50 yards from the beach and 5 blocks from Casa Marina. Huge master suite with ocean views. 2 ocean-view balconies. TV's in every bedroom. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious gathering room with oversized couch and a 75" TV. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

There is absolutely no shared space. Quiet corner in south Jax Beach, Within a few miles of Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Inn and Spa. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside.
