It's 1 mile from Lake Alice so grab the paddle boards and head to the lake! Plus, book a sound healing or sacred ceremony while you're here!

This is a basement apartment and is connected to the main house It is a completely separate unit. It is roughly 650 sq ft It has a carpeted bedroom the rest is laminate and tile flooring Parking is for one vehicle although stays longer than one month may have two What I love and believe our guest will love is the quiet and the large, attached deck. Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 2 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

Newly remodeled! Beautiful retreat on the lake, surrounded by nature and wildlife, yet surprisingly close to Redmond, Seattle and the mountains. Enjoy a private entrance and deck with gorgeous views of the lake. Private access to the lake on the property is down a short trail (its steep, please be careful) Feel free to enjoy swimming/ fishing/ floating or the fire pit (Fire ban is sometimes in place and sometimes during the summer toxic lake levels may be elevated so no swimming at times).

Woodpecker Glen is a brand-new guest house in one of Washington's temperate rain forests. The house has a cabin feel with cathedral ceiling and open floor plan plus lots of natural light in a peaceful, quiet location. The back yard is Tolt MacDonald Park, 574 acres, a favorite for mountain bikers and trail walkers alike. All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.

The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
