We had a most wonderful time at this obviously-loved cottage. Plenty to do even if you're not into fishing. We cycled, and kayaked and walked and explored the stunning area. And relaxed with a red wine in front of the fire. Perfectly clean, comfortable and homely and we can't wait to book our next trip

We had a very pleasant and calm 4-nights stay, the house is beautiful, comfy and well equipped. Surroundings and highlands lakes are beautiful and not crowded. The view from the terrasse is indeed stunning and the name of the place (stunning lake view) is deserved ! The host gave clear instructions, was friendly and immediately responsive each time we had to contact her. We do recommend it !

This house looks like something out of Grand Designs! It is so spacious and beautiful. The bench seat has the most perfect view of all the trees and the sea! I would highly recommend this place particularly for larger gatherings as it is so huge with plenty of storage and entertainment for children.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the space created by Michelle and Blu x The attention to detail is evident from the beautiful decor to the generous provisions - they have literally thought of everything- ensuring a comfortable experience. Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! SO BOOK NOW XO

Lovely house and quiet given its location. Beautiful rooms and gardens

very nice location with a view of Tasman bridge. the dining table was setup nicely to enjoy Tasman bridge well like in upscale restaurant, especially at night. Great location near Hobart center. The shopping mall is nearby. lovely house

We loved our stay. The games room was a highlight for our teenage kids! The view is amazing too. We felt right at home. Comfy beds and had everything we needed. Appreciated the coffee capsules and laundry detergent to do some washing. The firewood was handy to have a lovely fire on our first night. Strong wifi too. Definitely recommend staying here.
