Amazing and Pleasant stay, Ambience and vibe was too good, All the amenities were provided as mentioned, it was exactly like in pictures, Relaxed place and Pool is a another plus point. Care-takers are so concerned and always available on call, Check-in and check-out was smooth, Highly recommend and would love to stay again for sure. 😍

It was nice to stay at Santana's place. He was a friendly host and was able to guide us to reach the property. The apartment is located on main road and easily approachable. Also, the public convenience is just nearby and sea beach was quite approaching. We had a good time staying at this apartment. Thanks

The place fully fits the description. Monika is an excellent host and she was very prompt in her communication. We had a last minute plan and arrived quite late in the night. Despite the same, she was very prompt and helpful in communicating with us. Absolutely loved the place and will surely visit again

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

Overall, I had a positive stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the friendly and accommodating demeanor of your staff. My room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant environment throughout my visit.

Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.

Jay's place was well maintained and really cozy. The location is very good, but the small details and instructions that he left in for us were really sweet.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

Très beau séjour dans ce logement! Proche de toutes les attractions principales de la ville de Vagator ! L’hôte est flexible et très proactif. Le logement ressemble aux photos et tout était très propre. De plus, le fait d’avoir une piscine sur les lieux était un plus ! Merci encore, nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Nice host. Cozy arrangement. However, there were dogs barking crazily for non-stop 20mins at night which woke everyone up. There’s no hair dryers so better bring your own. After checking out, I found out I left my charger at the Airbnb and the host assisted me to get it back smoothly. Thank you!

A perfect little escape! This apartment was exactly what we needed for a cozy yet luxurious stay. The interiors were modern and well-designed, the bed was super comfortable, and the balcony view was a lovely bonus. It’s conveniently located near all the hotspots but still offers privacy and peace. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was great! This was my second visit to Captain Manik's place, and my experience remains just as wonderful as the first time. It’s a fantastic place to stay, offering stunning river and mountain views from the balcony. The interior of the flat is exactly as shown by the host on Airbnb - beautifully designed and well-maintained. The flat is fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen utensils, air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area, and, most importantly, excellent broadband speed and a Smart TV with OTT access. A car or bike is necessary for commuting. Overall, a great place to stay!

I have been to Goa many times earlier and have checked-in into various properties before, but Alisha and her staff Lalita these both ladies won the medal. The house is more glamorous than the photos. All equipped, very good AC system. Alisha and lalita were super friendly, helpful, prompt response and quick supporter. Anybody who is looking into this property now and seeing the reviews, I would highly recommend to book this quickly, it is fully worth of every penny.
