Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

Had a lovely stay in Fort Kochi! The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions, cafes, and the beach. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay.

We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful 3BHK flat with a stunning river view in Aluva. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Periyar river and coconut trees adding a calming touch to our morning coffee. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that everything we needed was readily available. The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

Обязательно купите и попробуйте местную мужскую одежду. Это свободная юбка. В ней очень удобно ходить и дома и на улице. Купил себе несколько таких юбок. Буду носить дома. До пляжа на скутере можно добраться за 15 минут. Пляжи здесь восхитительные: чистые и пустынные. Однако приготовьтесь к тому, что местные жители практически не купаются. Если купаются, то в одежде. Вас не осудят, но будут обсуждать. )))) Вилла комфортная для проживания четырех человек. Мы жили вдвоем. Все отлично. Работает доставка еды. Еда свежая, вкусная и не дорогая. Огромное спасибо Babul и его управляющему Randjit. Вы окружили нас заботой и вниманием. Мы сразу почувствовали себя, как дома. Все наши просьбы удовлетворялись практически мгновенно. Это очень важно и ценно для нас. Мы обязательно вернемся. )))

Had an amazing stay at Sunomon's place! He was such a kind and thoughtful host super friendly, always checking in to make sure everything was going great, and just genuinely welcoming. His hospitality was honestly next level. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. You can tell he puts a lot of care into making guests feel at home. What more to say! Felt like was staying my own home . Had every amenity needed for stay . Jeffin was extremely a fantastic host . Jeffin and his family were always there to cleaning the property and their dedication clearly shows how outstanding the property was . Even it’s a midnight Jeffin was always a message away . I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially loved the little touches like fresh towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! Would definitely stay here again.
