Excellent emplacement. Près de tout (moins de 10 min. à pieds des autobus, du port, etc…). Le balcon est formidable et l’appartement est bien équipé. En arrivant, nous avions de la nourriture et le divan lit avait été préparé pour la troisième personne. La communication avait Giorgos a été très efficace. Par contre, les chaises de la cuisine (en métal et bruyantes lorsque nous les bougions) n’étaient pas confortables, et les matelas étaient corrects, mais sans plus. Nous avons bien apprécié cet endroit.

Τι λογια να βρουμε γι αυτο το εξαιρετικο σπιτι, πεντακαθαρο, αρτια εξοπλισμενο, επιπλωμενο με γουστο, με ανεμποδιστη θεα προς τη θαλασσα και τα βουνα του Λασιθιου. Ο Αποστολης αψογος οικοδεσποτης,φιλικοτατος , ευγενεστατος και παντα στη διαθεση να μας εξυπηρετησει.Του ευχομαστε να ειναι καλα κι αυτος κι η οικογενεια του και να χαιρονται το σπιτι τους . Our stay at Ninemia Villas was absolutely perfect! The villa exceeded all expectations – it’s beautifully designed and provides everything for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to George and his wonderful wife, who welcomed us warmly and supported us with valuable tips about the area. They truly made us feel at home. The villa was immaculate, with thoughtful details everywhere: from high-quality furnishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms to a fully equipped kitchen where nothing was missing. The private pool deck and the outdoor grill created memorable moments. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Plaka Beach, and the private terrace offered stunning views. For anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Crete, this is the place. Thank you, George and family, for your hospitality and this amazing accommodation – we’ll definitely be back!

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, modern en ruim, maar toch heel gezellig en romantisch. Prettig bed van 160x200cm. Stevig matras. Wij zijn lange mensen van 1.80m en 1.96m en sliepen goed. Het is heel stil in de omgeving en de slaapkamer. De buitenruimtes zijn prettig, er is altijd een plek te vinden in de zon, of juist in de schaduw, of uit de wind. Het was twee dagen koud, 12 graden, toen hebben wij de open haard gebruikt, ook comfortabel. De douche en warm water is goed. Wasmachine goed. De keuken is erg compleet, er is meer servies en benodigdheden dan ik thuis heb. Je zou uitgebreid kunnen koken en zelfs een taart kunnen bakken. Het is een heel rustige omgeving. In Sitia zijn meerdere erg goede restaurants. Er zijn weinig bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, maar wij houden van natuur, wandelen en rust. Andere leuke dorpen zijn minimaal 1,5-2,5 uur rijden vanwege de berg wegen. Zowel de eigenaar als verhuurder waren vriendelijk en reageerden snel op vragen.

היתה לנו שהות מאוד כייפית ונעימה. בעל הוילה היה אכפתי ודאג לכל מה שהיינו צריכות. אנחנו שומרי כשרות והוא דאג לכל ממש נצטרך אפילו בשבת. בהחלט נמליץ לחברינו להגיע ולהינות מהחוויה הבלתי נשכחת.

Super schöne Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Dorf. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die die Ausstattung war makellos. Garten und Pool ebenfalls spitze!

We were two families with two children and spend a week in Lena’s house. The villa is specious and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. The house is in a remote location so you do need a car for everything, but you are in a less touristy and quiet spot of Crete and you can reach most of the top attractions within an hour drive. It’s about 15min drive to the nearest beach and 45min to Rhetymno town. It’s also easy to go to the mountains.

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.
