You know when someone says "the pictures don't do it justice"? That perfectly describes this rental. An absolutely amazing house, with tons of space to hang out and spread out. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. I've stayed at almost 20 rentals in the Potsdam area and I think this may have rocketed to the top on my first visit. I can wait to see it in the summertime! VERY responsive hosts, including answering questions and plowing the MASSIVE driveway and shoveling the path to the entrance.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jay’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The place itself was everything we could have asked for—cozy, beautifully designed, and nestled in a stunningly scenic area with breathtaking views. During our weekend stay, we experienced over a foot of snow, but Jay had already arranged for a plow service in advance, ensuring the driveway was always clear and accessible. Thanks to his careful planning, we had no issues coming and going, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Beyond that, Jay was an exceptional host—communicative, proactive, and incredibly accommodating. He kept us updated throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Kim and Kylie are great hosts. They accommodated our needs graciously, and their place was everything we were looking for. We spent the holidays there and the rental was stocked with all that you would need to run the house and enjoy your trip. We loved the quiet of the lake and spent a few afternoons on the deck watching the geese and swans go by. It's located around 25 minutes outside of Gananoque and there is a convenience store a few minutes away. Would love to stay again sometime.

Absolutely loved the place very homey, beautiful views of Titus Mountain perfect for my family ski vacation. Denise is so responsive and flexible. We will definitely rent again when we need to stay in Malone NY.

We fell in love with this beach house over the course of a month, and we are so grateful for Trevor's patience and attention to detail. The house has everything, clean kitchen and bathroom, up to date appliances, and most importantly, a view so beautiful that watching the clouds roll in every day cured all worries. Loved Trevor's house and will be back for my next vacation!

We ha e stayed at a few airbnbs I. the area, but this is now our favorite!! Such a beautiful location and so peaceful! We were arrive lat at night and Richard was very kind to turn on the outside lights as well as a light inside so we were not stumbling around in the dark. Speaking of dark...if you enjoy star gazing, on a clear night, this is a perfect location!! We were in awww over all the stars we could see, as well as the milky way! The cabin itself was very cozy! It was just as the photos showed. We found it extremely inviting! We explored the location a little on our last day and found the pond on the property...another beautiful location on the property. We hope to stay again soon and explore the trail and land more!
