The Copa Cabana

The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Hosting up to 2 people with expansive verandahs looking over sub tropical gardens , is a unique getaway for lovers of nature, art and beauty . This property is on a steep slope and there are steps. It's not suitable for infants or children.

Self contained one bedroom unit. 400 metres easy walk to Terrigal Beach, restaurants and shops. French doors in the bedroom and living area open onto the Large deck. The unit has air conditioning. Suitable for couples or single person. All linen and bath towels supplies. Private entry, street parking in quiet no through road.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
