Welcome to our lovely nest in the heart of the Dolomites (Alta Badia)! Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. In the summer, the area is perfect for hiking. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la cucina è la sala pranzo. È presente un microonde/grill, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asciugacapelli, lavatrice/asciugatrice. C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto, ottimo x 2 adulti, o 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. De vakantiewoning "Biohof Ruances Sas" ligt in San Cassiano en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Alpen direct vanuit de ramen. De 42 m² grote woning bestaat uit een woonkamer met een slaapbank voor een persoon, een goed uitgeruste keuken, 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer, en is geschikt voor 3 personen. Voorzieningen ter plaatse omvatten high-speed Wi-Fi (geschikt voor videogesprekken), een vaatwasser en een tv. Een babybedje kan tegen betaling worden verstrekt.

Er is snelle wifi, verwarming en een tv aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een eigen balkon. Jullie hebben toegang tot een gedeelde buitenruimte met tuin en open terras.

ELMA Nest - Bilocale a Corvara in Alta Badia

Alloggiare da noi vuol dire sentirsi come a casa, abitando nel paradiso delle Dolomiti in Alta Badia. La nostra casa si trova a Corvara in una splendida posizione soleggiata, lontana dalla confusione e dal traffico. Il centro del paese é facilmente raggiungíbile a piedi (8 min.). In inverno lo skibus ferma direttamente davanti a casa e ti porta in pochi minuti sulle piste da sci. La Famiglia Marchi non vede l'ora di darti il benvenuto!

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.
