There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Stroll 5 mins downhill to the beach, cafes and bars of Manly or jump on the ferry into the city. The walk back up the hill is pretty steep. Well equipped kitchen/dining room. Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
