El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. Si pierdes las llaves, habrá un coste de 50 €. 🚭 No fumar está prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento; por favor, sal a la calle si necesitas hacerlo. 🌍 Ahorro energético te pedimos apagar luces y aire acondicionado al salir para evitar desperdicio de energía. 🧺 Servicios extra podemos ofrecer limpieza o ropa de cama adicional si lo solicitas al reservar. 💰 Tasa turística el gobierno aplica una tasa de 10.45€ por persona (mayores de 16 años) y noche, hasta 7 noches, obligatoria para acceder al apartamento. ⏰ Check-in la entrada es de 15:00 a 20:00.
