Peaceful, the horse's were beautiful to look at everyday, it hasa relaxing feel and I worked third shift at the hospital and no complaints at all.

A renovated motel with adorable rooms and apartment style amenities (fridge, microwave and a stovetop). Walkable to downtown Front Royal and just around the corner from the Front Royal entrance to Shenandoah National Park.

Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Secluded and quiet. Be aware that the very last bit of the road is gravel, so watch out with very low clearance sports cars.

Marci is an exceptional host. she invested a lot of thought and intention into each room, amenities and great hospitality.

Communication with Isabella was a breeze. She was responsive and friendly. Location was good - just a few minutes to JMU, grocery stores, and restaurants. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities - stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, and coffee machine. There are also washer and dryer which are able to handle big loads of laundry. The bedrooms are comfortable, as were the beds and pillows. Even though the bathroom is small, the shower water pressure is very good. Isabella and Lorenzo provided us with helpful information and recommendations of where to eat and things to do in the area. Thank you 😊

Everything was exactly as advertised and then some. This place was perfect for me and my two littles. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and check in was incredibly flexible. My only complaint is that I wish I found this place earlier in the ski season. 10 out of 10 hands down.

Great place to stay while visiting Stephens City, VA. The basement was spotless and we immediately noticed that it had been recently cleaned; fresh and airy. This location is easily walkable to the historic city center where you will find antique shops and restaurants. We contacted the hosts during our stay and they were very responsive to our questions. This would be an ideal location for a long-term stay.

Accommodations are definitely worth the cost. Apt is clean with many amenities. Great location for getting around Culpeper Co. Restaurants and supplies are close by. You’ll find this space much more like home than staying in a motel. Host is very responsive and helped with practical needs.

My husband and I stayed at Kerry’s place for a weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We loved that it felt cozy and warm on a very chilly weekend. It’s perfectly located above the great coffee shop Before & After and is right on the main drag of Sperryville. Parking behind the apartment is super easy, and the apartment is just a few minutes by foot from RPK, The Corner Store, and Francis (cocktail bar). Kerry was super helpful and responsive and we loved our stay here!

This spot was so comfortable for me and family, we felt right at home. The host was super helpful in letting us check in early plus the place was very clean. I would definitely book her again.

Thanks for the awesome communication before and during our stay. **I did want to make note of a few things for future guest** If you are much over 6 feet tall, there are a few places you'll need to duck. My husband hit his head on a pipe in the hallway a few times before he remembered it was there. Also, just remember that full beds aren't as long as queens and kings. The kitchen sink water gets REALLY hot, so use cation. The shower had wonderful pressure and great temps! The bed was comfortable. We did hear the animals upstairs some in the night. It didn't bother us, but if you are sensitive to sound, make note that this is a basement rental and you may hear some above you. The TV doesn't come with cable or rabbit ears, you must log into and log out. Overall, it's unique!

We loved staying here while visiting our college student in Front Royal. Location was great, snacks were very thoughtful and coffee options were nice. There was Kuerig, Nespresso, and a french press. Cute decor. Thank you for the hospitality, will visit here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the conductor suite for her birthday weekend. This is a great place to stay if you want to experience Shenandoah National Park. We drove to the park each day to do some hiking and were able to relax at the conductor suite in the evening. We will definitely be coming back!

This place was even more beautiful than I expected. We stayed here with our toddler and really appreciated the family-friendly amenities like the high chair and small play area—it made our stay so much easier. The location is great too: just a short walk to the scenic Luray Hawksbill Greenway trail and conveniently close to the main road with all the local shops and restaurants. I've stayed at many Airbnbs over the past ten years, and this was truly one of our favorites. It was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and felt very safe.

Slavic's place was perfect for our family of four! He included detailed instructions about where to park, how to get in, and about Wi-Fi. We felt very safe, and everything was very clean. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we barely heard his parents above us—just a few footsteps in the morning. The filtered water and spotless, full-size fridge were quite nice. My boys were delighted by the full-sized complimentary chocolate bars. The linens were clean and quality materials, and the beds were super comfortable. There were pull-down shades, which are helpful, but if you want total darkness, I would bring blackout curtains and painter's tape. There are many outlets and mirrors, so people can get ready just about anywhere. We liked the automatic light outside the bathroom so you could see during the night. We also appreciated that we could lock the door that led to the second floor for peace of mind. Thank you for an incredible stay! We will absolutely be back!

I booked this home at last minute while visiting Summit point raceway. It appears to be quite new, and everything is super neat and clean. Massive TV and super comfy leather sectional is a great chill space

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!
