Vakantiewoningen met wasmachine en droger in Batam City

It was a pleasent stay, very easy to go nearby places, easy to find transportation. Definitely will come back again when we travel here.

tempatnya bagus, di tengah kota. kemana2 dekat. tempat makan bnyak di sekitaran. untuk parkir mobil murah sekali 24 jam parkir hanya 10rbu beda dengan kota lain. hanya saja kalo malam banyak balap liar dijalan depan apartemen. sehingga sangat mengganggu jam tidur, kebetulan wifi tidak ada di saat saya menginap. untuk jaringan selular tidak begitu bagus, agak sulit di hubungi oleh grabfood,atau gofood apabila di hubungi oleh driver. kamar mandi bersih dan luas, namun lubang pembuangan air agak tersumbat sehingga air lama surut. overall bagus . mungkin ketika saya balik le batam saya akan singgah lagi di sini.

Responsive host, place was clean and tidy. Host allowed us to check in early to put the bags. One thing to highlight is that the location is a bit out of the way, there are only 2 units (included this airbnb) at the area, other are just construction site. Some grab drivers took some time to find the place, but there is no a big issue.

Quiet and peaceful place! Ajusia is very responsive to my queries throughout the trip, Gojek is easily accessible to all places! Will definitely come back again! Thank you!

Great stay! Perfect for 5 Adults! Very clean place! Loved the decor as well as the bathroom in the master bedroom! Would definitely recommend and come again!

It was a great stay, the place was clean and we had everything we needed. Irvin and Jimmy were also very helpful and responsive. It is a short 5 min drive from the Batam Centre ferry terminal and very convenient to travel to places. I would highly recommend!

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.

It was great experience to stayed at Dewantara house for 14 days by myself, he allowed me to check in very early (I was check in at 8.30am) We don’t have to meet anyone to check in, use modern facilities to check in. Dewantara is Easy to communicate and helpful. He provided a guests a table and chair for study which is for me is good point. The neighbours are very friendly. All facilities are working well.

My group and I had a great stay at Dian's stay in Batam! The location was perfect—close to the ferry terminal, shopping malls, and plenty of food options. The host was super responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Wi-Fi was strong, the aircon worked great, and the bed was comfortable, however the water pressure was low due to Batam Center issue. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Batam, whether it's for a short getaway or a longer stay.
