B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator   Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter.   Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers.   Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1,  5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip.   On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. La chambre est équipée de deux lits jumeaux, permettant soit de recevoir un couple, deux personnes, une personne ... au choix. Je wordt opgevangen in een gerenoveerd herenhuis dat dateert van 1891. Je slaapt in een ruime kamer met balkon, op de eerste verdieping. De badkamer bevindt zich op de tussenverdieping: er is een bad, een douche , toilet, 2 lavabo's , strijkgelegenheid...Op aanvraag kan je uitgebreid ontbijten met de lekkerste producten...Voor slechts 10 euro extra per persoon ! In deze artistieke buurt vind je heel wat gezellige restaurantjes en cafeetjes met zowel wereldkeuken als lokale proeverijen ! Welkom !

Verblijf in een ruime gastenkamer in het 18e-eeuwse huis van een letterkunstenares in historisch Brugge, op wandelafstand van het Minnewater, de Belforttoren, grachten, musea en chocoladewinkels. Het kwaliteitsbed met handgemaakt linnen en oude kant garandeert een goede nachtrust. Geniet van een huisgemaakt traditioneel ontbijt en een luxe badkamer, gedeeld enkel met de host, met een design bad en inloopdouche, gasten krijgen steeds voorrang. Ik woon boven en werk in mijn atelier/expo beneden.

Wij verhuren onze net gerenoveerde schuur van 100 m2 met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een leefruimte met kitchenette. Gasten krijgen het hele jaar door privé toegang tot de sauna en jacuzzi. Het privé verwarmd buitenzwembad is open van Mei tot September. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen maar kan bijgeboekt worden. Het gastenverblijf is altijd volledig privé voor 1 groep of koppel.
