Pink Oleander apartment (terrace / free parking)

Pink Oleander is easy accessable self catering apartment in the one of the most attractive areas in Dubrovnik, less than fifteen minutes walking to the Old town and five minutes from the beach. This place is ideal one for those who doesn't want to be inside the city walls but likes to be near to the heart of events. I love my house because of the unique location and relaxing atmosphere. Our relaxing apartman is located in Dubrovnik center few minutes walking to Old Town. The space Three stars apartman Bartol (30m2) has one bedroom with bed for two people ,one beautiful balcony ,one bathroom and living room with TV and comfortable sofa also there is small kitchen with all supplies. Apartment also has Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and free parking Guest access Guests have access to everything in the apartment as well as the balcony .You can sit and enjoy in shade.

The 35m2 apartment has a queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, separate seating (couch) area, cable TV, bathroom with washing machine and essentials, complimentary wi-fi, air-conditioning and separate seating on a private sunny terrace that is equipped with loudspeakers to listen to music of your choice.

Charming, completely new and fully equipped studio apartment in the center of Dubrovnik, only 15-20 minutes walk from the historical Old town and just few steps to the seaside of the Port area . The sandy Bellevue Beach is 10 minutes away while Gruž Ferry Port and the Main Bus Terminal are about 1 km from Tricia. Bus station is in front of the building and it's 5 minutes ride to the Old town. This apartment offers everything you need for your lovely and memorable holiday!

Our home with our two apartments lies above the Bellevue beach and is 13 minutes walking distance from the old Town of Dubrovnik. It is peaceful and green, near the beach but very central and quiet. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area , cca 1200 met or 15-20 minutes walking from historical Old city . It is situated in the ground floor and consists of the bedroom, well equipped kitchen, bathroom , garden and private terrace. NOTE: We have not private parking place. It is very difficult / almost impossible/ to find free parking place in the street near apartment at the moment you need. Parking for payment is about 300-400 met from the apartment.
