Welcome to our charming and newly renovated 3-bedroom home with two spacious living areas, one of which features a retractable wall bed, easily converting it into a 4th bedroom. Conveniently located near Fountain Gate Shopping Mall in a peaceful cul-de-sac. A short walk from the university, train station, cafes, dining & shops, this single-story home provides everything needed for a relaxing stay. The Berwick Botanical Gardens are well worth a visit and a short drive from the house.

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

The trail goes through several beautiful parks and quiet local streets.
