Our thoughtfully renovated little 1970’s apartment is literally just a stone’s throw from the beach and 3 minute drive to Kingston amenities. Smell the fresh, salt air and the eucalypt trees, taste the coffee and food at the local cafes & restaurants (only 2 minutes walk!), and enjoy putting your feet up to relax at The Kingswood. There are many nearby adventures to be had with the Huon Valley just 20 minutes drive away and Hobart CBD 12 minutes, but you'll probably just want to enjoy the beach!

We are 15 minutes driving from Hobart City Centre, also we are the central base to all the toursim attractions like Bruny Island, Tahune Airwalk, Huon Trail, Salamanca Place, the Main Wharf, Mona Art Musum, Port Arthur and other good spots.

The studio is attached to the host's home and although you will have complete privacy, we are on site if you need anything during your stay. Parking is available on site.

Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Our renovated apartment is just 20 m from glorious Blackman's Bay beach; at the quiet end. You can sit in the garden, enjoy the ocean view and at night be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Perfect place to just relax. Please note that during peak periods we may require a minimum stay of 6 nights; ie/. between December 24th to 30th.
