Abergavenny - Authentic Welsh Living in a Wonderful Cottage

The entire house and enclosed outside area, complete with shabby chic summer house is yours. Very private. The two main bedrooms have zip and link beds which can be converted to Superking and Kingsize on request. As above, it’s all yours....there’s a separate laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer, and a basin in which to clean shoes and dogs. A phone call and short walk away. Definitely not under your feet. The home is in a quiet, picturesque neighbourhood. From here, walk to tasty restaurants, lively local pubs, and explore the town centre's boutique shops. There are also fun activities nearby from fishing and horse riding to hiking and historic spots. Ideally situated you don’t need a car if you intend to stay in and around Abergavenny. It’s a delightful town on your doorstep. If you want to venture further afield there are buses ( 2minutes walk) taxis and trains and of course your car parked securely on the street outside the cottage. There is a secure side entrance where bikes can be brought around and kept securely...either with a cover or in the summer house. There’s even a dog flap in the kitchen door for canine companions.

The Sage Hut - safe, private, warm and cosy

The Sage Hut is a traditional well-insulated structure set on a sturdy all-metal chassis and wheels. Double glazed windows & bed are new this year making it even more warm and cosy. It enjoys lovely views to the south with its own peaceful small yard/garden & private car parking space. It enjoys mains electricity, hot & cold water; the shower/loo is approx 25m away . There is a guest fridge and microwave in the stable block. The woodburning stove is highly efficient. Continental breakfast.

A quintessential retro stylish 1 bedroom ground floor flat set in the Valley's with bags charm, character and stunning mountain views. It is easy relax and to feel at home, the layout mirrors an open-plan bungalow with exception to the bedroom and bathroom. As there are no stairs within the property, it is guest friendly, especially for those with toddlers, mobility issues or wheel chair bound. Bookings longer than 2 weeks an additional £30 cleaning fee is charged, for bedding, towels etc

Golwg y Gamlas (Canal View)

Set in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this canal side spacious property (with en-suite) is set back from the road and offers tranquility. A great range of walks including Pen y Fan can be started from the front door. The traditional local pub (CAMRA award winner) is less than 150 metres away and serves a great variety of dishes. Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.
