This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Sweet, sunny and cozy apartment in the lovely Elm Heights Neighborhood minutes from IU and all that Bloomington has to offer. This is a walkout basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

Located on the north side of Bloomington, it is just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington, the IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forests of the Indiana Uplands, the space offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath.

Across the street and walking distance to IU's sports facilities, this chic and modern wooded retreat is a short drive or bike to downtown Bloomington's vibrant nightlife and community activities. The studio apartment boasts a skylit bathroom, a full kitchen with custom-made cabinets, washer/dryer on site, and professional decorating. It’s only a short drive, or slightly longer hike to Griffy Lake, only one mile to IU Health Bloomington hospital, and minutes to I69.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

This private unit is located on the east side of Bloomington, offering easy access to attractions like College Mall, Monroe Lake, state parks, Kirkwood, and all IU sports facilities. It is located 2.5 miles from Memorial Stadium, 2.3 miles from Assembly Hall, and 2.3 miles from the Pfau Golf Course. It's the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to enjoy the charm of South Central Indiana.

This guest suite with private entrance is in a quiet, older neighborhood near the IU campus. The booking includes a recently remodeled basement bedroom with en suite bathroom. It's locked off from the rest of the home in which the host family lives. The bedroom includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower.

This bedroom boasts a private entrance and is the former upstairs dining room of one of Bloomington's longest-standing restaurants. The room has since been converted into a spacious bedroom with private bath. A folding room-divider is available for a little more privacy.
