We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Messebesuchs in München und suchten daher einen Unterkunft mit der wir einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln pendeln konnten. Wir waren zu viert und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder auswählen.

Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Super schönes Haus! sehr kreativ eingerichtet, alles ist sehr gut ausgestattet! sauber, angenehm, sehr schöne Aussicht! auch sehr freundliche Nachbarn. Ich werde an jedem empfehlen. gerne wieder kommen. Emel ist sehr nett. immer erreichbar!

Sehr große schöne Wohnung in ruhige Lage, nicht weit entfernt von Augsburg und München. Alles war sehr sauber und alles nötige war vorhanden. Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. 😊

Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Host disponibilissimo e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Parla molto bene italiano. Ci ha accompagnati anche a parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente in zona, e ci ha indicato anche vari locali per cena, colazione, etc. Ti fa sentire a casa.

Che dire?! È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa di Martin è il luogo ideale per staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana e immergersi in una dimensione diversa, dove il tempo scorre lentamente e ogni giornata assume un valore speciale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, con tutti gli utensili e gli elettrodomestici necessari, permettendo di preparare qualsiasi piatto si desideri con facilità. L’host, Martin è stato impeccabile, molto gentile e disponibile.

Monika is an excellent host. She is super kind and prepared our accommodation to be warm and cosy for when we arrived. The place is spacious, very pretty and relaxing. Excellent when traveling for business and want an alternative stay. There’s a station near by and also an amazing bakery/coffee shop to pick up all the goodies! Thank you Monika

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Zunächst hatten wir Schwierigkeiten nach dem Ausladen einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber Boban hat uns umgehend geholfen, so dass wir doch nahezu gegenüber der Unterkunft an der Straße parken konnten. Letzten Endes waren es zeitlich abgelaufene und nur noch nicht verräumte Baustellenschilder, die uns verwirrt hatten. Also kein Problem mit Parkplätzen. Sowohl Check-in als auch Check-out verliefen unproblematisch, da alles bestens beschrieben wurde. Boban war ein toller Gastgeber, leicht erreichbar, sehr sympathisch und freundlich und stets bereit, uns zu helfen und uns einen angenehmen und ganz entspannten Aufenthalt zu bereiten, den wir dann auch hatten.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana. Molto confortevole, si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è comodo a tutti i servizi. La stazione dei treni si raggiunge in pochi minuti a pedi e in venti minuti si arriva in centro a Monaco. I mezzi pubblici sono molto efficienti e non abbiamo mai dovuto utilizzare la macchina per gli spostamenti. Molto apprezzato dai miei figli il letto king size. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der hellen Dachgeschosswohnung. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Bett ist groß und wir haben gut darauf geschlafen. Für den Kaffee am Morgen hatten wir einen Kaffeefilter und eine Thermoskanne mitgebracht und frisch aufgegossen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Sonnenterasse ist nachmittags wirklich sonnig (kann man auf den Fotos nicht erahnen). In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und vor allem viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch ausreichend. Für unseren Urlaub war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich - also auch perfekt.

La casa di Annika è fantastica e la consiglio senza alcun dubbio. E' molto pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di ogni confort. Si nota l'impegno con il quale Annika la cura. Il giardino e la terrazza offrono poi un apprezzabile valore aggiunto nel caso in cui vi sia bel tempo. La posizione è ideale perché è vicina al lago e consente di raggiungere con facilità molte altre belle località della zona. A poca distanza si trovano supermercati, negozi e ristoranti. La comunicazione con Annika è stata facile e veloce. La ringrazio molto per il bel soggiorno!

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.
