The photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolute must see. Perfect location that it’s just far enough away and high enough for fantastic views of the bay and lovely surrounding walks. Highly recommend walking along the seafront to birbeck and watching the sunset! Host responded quickly and was super helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be back!

Flat is as pictured, easy to find, and our family of four slept very well indeed. We only stayed for one night and did not use the kitchen. The showers were brilliant.

What a wonderful place! Only a few steps from Pulteney Bridge, with the city center in very easy walking distance, this besutifully decorated flat felt like a lovely home right from the beginning. We particularly enjoyed the view and the fact that the flat is flooded with light. Thank you, Dan!

Absolutely stunning fiat in a fantastic location for exploring beautiful Bath. We appreciated all of the lovely touches from our host - milk, croissants, coffee, tea bags etc. We would highly recommend.

I booked this very last minute and Vicky was very obliging. Thoughtful touches such as complementary milk and cereals were available and she apologised that there wasn’t more as I was last minute. Easy check in, Onsite parking and a short walk to a pub serving carvery and other meals. I immediately felt comfortable in the well laid out apartment. Well equipped kitchen/ diner. Sofa for watching tv if that’s your thing. Extremely comfortable bed with spacious shower upstairs. All in all, perfectly suited my needs. Will be booking again.

Sean was a terrific host, very responsive and kind. We found the bungalow to be clean and in order. The location was great with a quick shop just short walk away and a pub nearby as well.

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. Great location with the bus stop right outside, regular buses into central Bath every 20-30 minutes. The house itself was immaculate, great sized bedrooms and the smart TV in the living room was an added bonus. House equipped with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, very handy. Will definitely look to stay here again if staying in Bath.

This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay! The house is a converted school with a huge main room and lots of bedroom space. We loved the convenience of the kitchen and washer and dryer. Lots of great pubs nearby and close for visits to Bristol and Chepstow. Hosts were very responsive.

We really enjoyed Philip’s place for my sisters hen do in Bath! For some of us it was our first time visiting and the location was perfect to easily reach the city centre. Philip was really responsive when we had an issue with the oven he sorted it within minutes which was great! Our only issue was there was hair left in the drain in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was spotless this was the only issue! Thanks so much Philip the location, space and amenities were perfect for our stay :)

A lovely apartment - spacious, attractively furnished, well equipped, comfortable beds with quality linens. We are 3 friends who like our own space, but also like to sit and chat. Anne Marie's apartment provided us with all of that and an absolutely glorious view from the back of the property. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of attractions, cafes and a good choice of restaurants. . Thank you Anne Marie. It was lovely to meet you when we arrived. What a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with everything we could want. Basics like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt & pepper were provided as well as a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. It’s very quiet during the day and at nighttime and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Helen has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden with stunning views, it boasts both sunny and shady areas and perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Great location just a short 10 minute walk into Bath city centre. Beautiful views from the main bedroom, kitchen and living room. Very peaceful. Parking for 2 cars. Spotless and clean and exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen to cook a full meal. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed here whilst attending a conference at Celtic Manor. It was an ideal location with the added benefit of free parking. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything that I needed for a four night stay.
