My partner and I stayed at Treetops over Easter weekend for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The place is idyllic and cosy with a real home away from home feel and beautiful surroundings. Sam went the extra mile for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Two other parties of guests were staying in the Shepherd Huts on site while we were at Treetops but we barely noticed, we felt connected for anything we needed but still had plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back, thank you Sam! We'd also recommend other guests do the 40min walk to Henners Vineyard for a tour & tasting - amazing views!

This little cottage was very well finished and nice and cosy. It was just a shame we were only spending the one night in it. Very neat and tidy farmyard right beside it with lambs and ducklings and a very friendly dog too. Emma’s son even brought us some fresh eggs from his own Hen for our breakfast. 10/10 very well impressed with the place.

Beautiful cottage on outstanding grounds, in a lovely area. Iona is so welcoming, makes the effort to say hello, show you around, give recommendations for the area-absolutely goes the extra mile for guests. The cottage does have lots of stairs and some low celings- not something I tend to have to think about at 5ft2, but I did while visiting here, my 6ft2 husband stayed too and maneuvered around the cottage better than me! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, a home from home. Iona has thought of everything to make the stay as comfotable as possible. We stayed with 2 young children (19mo and 3mo), there were lots of stairs and 1 stairgate. My 19mo mananaged all the stairs safely and really enjoyed his stay here. I would definitely book again! Such an amazing find!!

5 stars all round. Highly recommended. This was a great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station (<10 min). In the centre of Charlbury, only minutes from nice pubs, restaurants and the local co-op, but still very peaceful and quiet. In a lovely garden with own outside deck and table. Bright and airy. Spacious enough for two. Good shower. Comfortable king bed with crisp linen. Cozy and comfortable sitting room. Charlbury is a beautiful town with easy train and bus links to London, Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim), etc. And gorgeous surrounding countryside with great walks. Martin and Helena were generous friendly hosts. We really appreciated a late check out so that we could enjoy a leisurely countryside walk on our last morning. Many thanks!

I had myself a lovely stay at David's Airbnb. The surrounding area is absolutely lovely and the host, David, is even more so. If you're looking for a place to stay, you've found it.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need, including a luxurious walk in shower. The hosts could not be nicer and even gave us a lift to the wedding reception we were attending. A very pleasant short stay. Highly recommended! The Palmer family - Oxford

Peaceful location and gardens, v cosy little place. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, visiting the village and nearby areas; the reservoir, Sissinghurst and Hastings. James and Sarah were very responsive to our questions and requests.

A gorgeous cottage. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the bunk beds. Ivor was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the booking and stay. We are looking forward to returning!

This was my second visit to Rebecca's. Rebecca is extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. The flat is spotless and well equipped. Will no doubt stay again!

What an amazing place, honestly I can’t recommend it enough, I’d rather not, but only as I want to keep it for myself! It’s beautiful, clean and extremely homely, everything you need is supplied inc. options for breakfast, fresh butter, cereal, bread, jam, marmalade, milk orange and more, that’s without mentioning the offer of fresh croissants made personally by the host! The place is beautiful, the living area, kitchen, bathroom and let’s not forget the huge balcony to take in the south facing sunshine! 3 pubs within a 5 min walk, with great locals who are so welcoming; great food provided too. Would I go again, 100%, why … as we didn’t even touch the sides of what you can do around there locally. Victoria was great, so friendly and we honestly wanted for nothing at all! The only negative …. We only got to spend 1 night there, but that will be rectified very soon as we will 100% be back! What an amazing place this is, we loved our stay here! Mark and James were great hosts. It was lovely to met James also, he checked if we needed anything else. One thing which really stood out is we literally had everything we needed here, they have thought of everything and anything you may require, down to the smallest things and the complimentary snacks and refreshments being such a lovely touch too. We genuinely couldn’t recommend this place anymore, we spent the evening enjoying the hot tub ,bbq and games which was lovely with the hot weather we had. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area, the area is ideal with supermarkets super close. We cannot Thank you both enough

100% would stay again, Jane was an amazing host and so welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations for food and walks near by. Everything was spotless and couldn’t fault a thing. Jane even supplied us with milk and ice and all other basic items you would need which normally don’t come with stays like this. Also shower gel was supplied which was such a nice touch and made this stay stand out to the rest. Tobey was also so welcoming and made our mornings when he would come and say hello. Thank you for such a lovely weekend!

Claire and Christopher were incredible hosts! Their little home from home was perfect for our family of four. It was very well set up, kitted out kitchen perfect for any type of cooking, cozy space, and lovely surroundings. We especially loved exploring the fields and the kids loved the chickens and dogs! The hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a countryside experience with all the comforts of home.

What a fantastic place. We wanted somewhere to stay where we could make use of our paddle board & kayak and this was the perfect venue. Easy access to a fantastic quiet loch to enjoy the scenery. The hot tub & sauna were a very welcome treat after a day on the loch. Great location for exploring the highlands with Ben Nevis only 15 minutes away. The accommodation was excellent with absolutely everything you could need, from a lovely Scottish breakfast pack to gorgeous toiletries. The added bonus for us as a family was use the of BBQ hut. Would highly recommend and I’m sure we will be back.

Michael and Olivia's place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was close to Athlone, and also along a country lane so we were able to go for an evening walk. We definitely recommend their place.

Melanie was a fantastic host and we loved the location, facilities of the cabin and a lovely garden. It was a fantastic base for exploring the local area. As soon as we arrived, we felt completely at home and the accommodation was wonderful and very comfortable. Thank you so much Melanie for a great stay and for being so helpful!

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰

We had a lovely stay in the annexe. It was comfortable, warm and cosy. Kirsty provided a helpful welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and cookies plus tea, coffee etc which was a lovely touch and saved us having to rush to a shop. Parking was easy and Kirsty gave good directions and local recommendations. We would highly recommended this place for a quiet stay in Suffolk. Its a great location for exploring Bury St Edmunds and the local area. We ate in the local Blue boar pub and enjoyed the tasty home-cooked food.
