Another great stay here, it’s so comfortable. Mum and I feel at home. A well-equipped kitchen, plenty choice of rooms to relax in as well as the neat garden and a great selection of games and entertainment. Time flies by. Broadstairs seafront is really close and the shops are within walking distance. Some lovely gift shops and plenty of choice for eating out. It’s also central for exploring further afield. Hoping to visit again.

This little gem is amazing. The lodge is finished to a very high standard with luxurious decor and furnishings. We really enjoyed our stay here and was able to relax and chill. The property was well stocked and everything had been thought of. We will definately be staying here again. Superb 👍

the accommodation is amazing - the home is built to a high standard around the disused railway carriage and right on top of the shingle beach, with spectacular views over to the sea. Very very comfortable, clean and there was everything we needed. Beds very very comfortable. The home is really beautiful and so cleverly designed.

Great spot, two minutes from the beach and very safe and secure. Great for our 3 year old. Had everything we needed. Jennifer the cleaner very helpful. Parking space was handy. Spotless. Would love to stay again, lucky to have found it.

We had an amazing few days in Pebbles. The weather was incredible for March and we could have looked at that view forever! Even managed a (quick) swim! So handy for a walk to Folkestone or day trips out. Joanna was very helpful and a great hostess.

Loved the vintage train theme and the rustic interiors. Especially the pool table, bunk beds and the varied collection of board games. The smart TV was an added plus point. The beach being so close to the house, was just perfect. Thanks for this fantastic stay

This is a lovely property in an amazing location in Whitstable. Very friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed before, during and on departure day. Lots of things to do within a short walk. Property was perfect for a group of friends weekend getaway, comfortable with everything we could need. Thank you, thoroughly recommend.

As a family of 6 with 4 kids (ages 2 - 11) all with different characters we loved our stay at the beach house and would definitely return. Sarah sent clear, easy to follow instructions for check in. A few stand out things that made our break excellent; the beachfront location, you literally walk out the back gate onto the dunes; the spaciousness of the house, we didnt feel on top of each other but plenty of areas to be together aswell; the cleanliness of the place was fantastic, it was also well equiped and nice little touches the kids enjoyed such as the board games. The area is also interesting and somewhere we have never explored before, we came for a more chilled few days so stayed local but still plenty to see. A couple of highlights were Dungeness nature reserve & the RSPB walks. Our youngest children enjoyed the play park which is a short walk, everyone liked the ice cream and fish & chips, shell collecting and the freedom of the beach on the doorstep.

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende als Familie in Martins Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns erwarteten frische Blumen auf dem Esstisch und eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibungsmappe in der alles wissenswerte beschrieben war. Ein sehr angenehm und gepflegtes Haus von innen und außen. Es ist vom Messer über Töpfe und Pfannen bis hin zu Wäscheklammern alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein toller Garten super geeignet für Fellnasen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Herne Bay. Danke Martin, das wir bei Dir im Haus eine Woche wohnen durften. We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat. Lots of lovely finishing touches in the house, you can tell it’s recently been refurbished. It was clean and everything worked just fine. Walkable to the Tankerton slopes and train station and local Wheatsheaf pub. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very lovely house and garden. We visited with our dog and two daughters. Would really recommend this place we had a lovely stay!

Wow. Irene was a pleasure to talk to and very responsive. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. Everything was amazing and very clean. Some nice homely touches. Bread, milk, tea, coffee and lots of other bits were available in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bungalow minutes from Tanketon High Street which haw everything you may need (Irene suggests a few things). 5 minutes walk to the beach and walkable to Whitstable (20 to 25 minutes). I loved all of it and would highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, easy to locate and ease of access to the bungalow, good instructions provided in advance of our stau stay. Although the bungalow is a walk from the main sea front, the surrounding areas have lovely walks and beaches nearby with shops and amenities available. It was nice to have a place to ourselves, the rooms were clean and welcoming, the use of the kitchen was a great addition, the living room and conservatory were great to relax in and share family time, thank you. Towels were provided and the walk in shower worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Fantastic accommodation. Only 10 min walk from high street and parking plentiful. My only criticism is the number of notices of what and not what to do. These instructions could have been put in the manual and not laminated signs throughout. I would recommend for a party of 8 and despite previous comments there is plenty if utilities. Would book again.

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at The Telephone Exchange. It’s a beautifully redeveloped space with everything finished to an exceptionally high standard. The place was spotless, the furnishings were stylish and we felt very comfortable – it had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy too, and we both slept well every night. The location is very quiet and peaceful – pretty much in the middle of nowhere, which made for an incredibly restful stay. It was completely silent at night, and the little garden added a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautifully finished space.

Very peaceful location and as described minutes from the beach so ideal for my sister who isn’t too mobile. Had to get used to trains whizzing by but it reminded me of a childhood home . My dog loved his stay too and it was a perfect home for him to stay in too . We loved the very comfy sofas xx

Very nice bungalow, nicely furnished. Close to harbour and town. Everything you need was there.
