Recently fully renovated, it has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a loft studio bedroom, 1 public room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. We have a quiet, fully enclosed garden to the rear. The perfect hub, we are close to an hour's drive to Edinburgh or Glasgow and a half hour from Perth, the gateway to the Highlands.

WaterSide is a spacious 3 bedroom house in Broughty Ferry by the beach with private parking, located by the river Tay next to the Lifeboat station with spectacular views of the river. The center of Broughty Ferry with all its amenities is a few minutes walk away as is Broughty Ferry Castle and sandy beach. The Fishermans Pub and the Ship Inn are a minutes walk from the house. The Old Church is situated in the small village of Colliston near Arbroath. The Building is believed to date from 1843 to 1844. It has been sympathetically restored to create a unique and comfortable home. The furnishings are an eclectic mixture enhancing the overall atmosphere of the building. As a result, the property does not lend itself to young Children under twelve.
