3 Bedroom Condo close to IU campus & Lake Monroe

Relax with your whole family or maybe a small group. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, can accommodate multiple people. We also have a full couch in the living room to fit at least 2 people and a blow-up mattress, if needed. Private patio with fire pit, grill, seating area on the 18th hole. A private pool for the residents of Eastbay, 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with a pool, bar and Sahm's restaurant. 15-20 minutes to IU's campus and minutes from Lake Monroe beach, hiking trails & marina.

Hoosier Haven is a newly renovated condo within an easy walking distance to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Haven features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. Welcome to the newly remodeled Cozy Condo! Coffee, a goodie basket, private deck and a porch swing awaits. Enjoy the deer, woods, and enormous golf course. There is a Pro-Golf Shop, pickleball, Eagle Pointe Restaurant and bar, a huge deck, Cabana, and mostly summer weekend bands just walking distance from the condo! Fairfax Beach and Lake Monroe are a short 2 miles. $10 for each additional guest after 2 guests with a maximum of 4 guests. Prices are set for 2025 only.
