Remodeled in 2015 and thoughtfully designed with a smaller footprint in mind, the Studio is steps from Lake Washington and filled with natural light from an east-facing wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Despite its smaller footprint, it has a full kitchen, a queen bed with an organic mattress and Avocado topper, dining and workspace areas, and a spacious walk-in steam shower.
