Our family stayed here over Christmas, and it was the perfect choice! The place was quiet and peaceful, creating a cozy and relaxing holiday atmosphere. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. Paul was fantastic—always responsive and so helpful throughout our stay. This stay made our holiday extra special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway. Five stars all the way!

The description was accurate to what we encountered. I loved the personal touches, such as candles around the place. We had a family of 6, parents, in-laws, 2 teens. TVs in all rooms but only living room worked. The others were new and haven’t been set up yet. But that was alright since we loved congregating on the extremely comfortable, cushiony “new” sectional. Plenty of house supplies, but no coffee cups. We had all we needed to cook for 7 days. Close to stores and outlets. There must have been a smoker with last tenants because we could smell it in a bedroom, but it was gone with a couple of days. We needed the home in a hurry since prior BnB was not good at all. Had to immediately leave it. Found Ken’s place in search for a new one, sent an inquiry for same day, he rushed to get his place ready. Outstanding communication and customer service for arranging our stay within such a short notice!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and very peaceful. It was clean the host was very responsive. The home had everything we needed. We woke up to amazing sun rises and turtles on the lake. It wasn’t too far from down town Atlanta so we were able to have the best of both worlds also. I would definitely stay here again.

As a third time guest I cannot express how beautiful this lake house is. The home is stunning and stocked with everything you may need. The back yard and dock area offer perfect spaces for relaxing with family and friends. Denise is a wonderful host and will respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing girls weekend! The property was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. We loved the beautiful lake view, cozy common areas, and large kitchen that made group meals a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. This place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! I’m already thinking of going back sometime with my family.

It was a great stay. I would recommend staying here it’s a great place to stay and a great host.

Wonderful home in a quiet cove. Loved the large fenced porch, the multiple water access points on the property and large dock were great for our kids to fish and play on. Will absolutely be back for our family visits!

This place is a hidden gem. I have been an AirBnb-er for several years, and I would say that this space is the most beautiful place that I have ever been to. This architect on this place is impeccable with the combination of wood floors and stone masonry. It is clear that this place was created by a master craftsman. The lighting in the space is more than sufficient, and the decor makes you feel that you are in the four seasons hotel. Yosa and team exceeded my expectations and are very responsive and willing to do the little things to make your stay memorable. A must stay if you are in the south atlanta area.

Great stay. Samantha is a VERY GREAT Host, I ended up having an emergency and she went out her way to help. Easy check in peaceful and quiet space. 10/10 I definitely recommend

I loved this place! It was a nice little walk from the Airbnb to the center of Covington (15-20 minutes walk). The community is AMAZING so cute and peaceful. Everyone there is super friendly! The only “issue” I had was when I tried to work from home there. If you are planning on doing this, I suggest bringing your own hotspot because the wifi here can only support one streaming device at a time in order to not have buffering. I know that is not a necessity so that’s why it’s still 5 stars because this place is great!! But I did want to add that in case anyone else was wanting to work off the WiFi while you are there. :) This place is fantastic! I will 100% stay here again if this place is available the next time I go to Covington!

Jackie’s place is the definition of a home away from home! It has everything you could possibly need and more for the ultimate comfort and experience. If you’re ever staying in atl I would highly recommend Jackie! She was even sweet and gave us a complimentary welcome gift! Definitely the best Airbnb of stayed at!

The place was nice. Very clean and smelled amazing. Communication was very clear this was my first time getting an Airbnb and the experience was amazing. It was a private area I felt safe but would add how deep in the woods it is in the description for those like myself traveling from another state and not familiar with the area. But overall it was nice I would book again.

The house felt like home, it was kid friendly, the host was quick with replying if I had any problems. She even gave us recommendations on a few places to go on our stay in Atl I highly recommend

We were only here about 10 hours, but it was just what we needed. Beautiful area.

Scott's place was really nice. It had all we required as a temporary transitional home. Scott's responses for which we had hardly any was very fast and clear. Whom ever secures this property for a stay will not be disappointed. The property was very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and a few other amenities. It has a guarded community in a very peaceful area. Store and restaurants are within 5 min away driving distance.

Travel for funeral, last minute booking. Very clean & spacious accommodated with are travels communicated efficiently & effectively. One update would be the shower faucet but overall still 5 stars would book again thank you

Shawn is the sweetest host ever. Very responsive in emails. if you don't respond, he will call you to make sure you're enjoying your stay LOL I will be recommending "Shawn Place" to anyone who needs an Airbnb in that location THANKS SHAWN
