Diego war ein sehr angenehmer und diskreter Gastgeber.. Wir haben uns fürs verlängerte Wochenende in der Wohnung pudelwohl gefühlt, die zweistöckige Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz, eine super Infrastruktur und einen schönen Blick auf die Hügel des Hinterlandes !)

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Raggiolo is one of the most incredibly beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever been. Laura was so helpful and responsive. The view from the house and garden is spectacular.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The apartment was new and in a great state. Internet worked really well (important if one needs to work from there) and so did all other apartment's facilities. Giacomo, the host, was always very attentive and responsive, helpful and courteous. Parking in the area is tricky, for residents as well as tourists, but there are options to explore.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly
