We loved staying here! Perfect location; walkable to both beach and restaurants. House also had everything you could want and the neighborhood is quiet! Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay to visit our son stationed at KingsBay. Felt cozy and very comfortable inside and out with a peaceful backyard! Absolutely loved our stay and loved the watching the TV outside for the NFL draft. Thankful for a wonderful place to stay and visit our kiddo!

Our stay at the pond house was exceptional. The home, while older, possesses considerable charm and a welcoming atmosphere. Evenings spent by the pond were tranquil and delightful. In short, our experience was outstanding. Carolyn's responsiveness to our inquiries was also greatly appreciated. We intend to return.

We really enjoyed our stay and will always look for her accomidations when looking in the future for more stays and mini vacations. She responded in a timely manner and always answered my questions when I needed her. She also tried to save me a dollar when she could.

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.

We booked this home many months in advance for a wedding on St. Simons Island. We got more and more excited as the weekend approach. Still, this house (especially its location) to the wedding site exceeded our expectations. For our family, it was a perfect fit and very comfortable!

Perfect department for one or two people right next to an excellent barbecue joint and although the restaurant next-door does generate some noise, it died down by 9 o'clock and they're locked up by 10. I believe the barbecue was excellent. It was just what I needed passing through it's not far from 95. It was a five star stay for me. I needed a good night sleep peace and quiet and that's what I got. Excellent communicationand Easy to the apartment via lockbox if you prefer contactless entry and privacy it's perfect. We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

A beautiful cozy yet spacious home by the sea! Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. Very close to boardwalk and beach access. Just a short easy walk to driftwood beach, and definitely recommend spending an afternoon there. The kitchen has all the basics covered and the community is clean and quiet with friendly staff. Beds were comfy and had no trouble sleeping, which is usually a struggle while traveling. Mary is extremely responsive and even helped find and return a few things I forgot while packing to leave. Which is not something I usually expect from a host, but the effort was very appreciated! Highly recommend and will likely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Lori's spot is our go to for the night before stay to catch the early Ferry to Cumberland Island. The apartment is super cozy and sleeps four very comfortably and is walking distance to dinner options. She is a clear communicator and always makes this part of trip simple.

The cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. Easy 1 hour drive to the Golden Isles. We also enjoyed trips to parks and hiking trails in Waycross which is also about an hour away. Cabin is appointed with everything you need and Michelle is responsive to any questions and concerns you might have. Be aware that depending on when you visit it might be buggy and bug spray did very little to deter the little gnats. All in all this is a beautiful place where you can be away from the hustle of the city and recharge your batteries. Michelle sends you clear driving instructions, pay attention, and you won't have issues finding this gem.

We had an amazing time! Wendy and Steve were great hosts, and even printed out lists of where to go and what to do! Super thoughtful, and will absolutely recommend them!

The place was very secluded and private. I would definitely stay here again.
