The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Our 1862 victorian rowhome located in the heart of Fishtown was restored with the utmost intention of preserving our neighborhood's rich architectural history. From building our staircases out of a local factory's old heart pine beams, to salvaging early 1900s french doors - we wanted our home to tell a story. Specifically, the story of a neighborhood that has had to reinvent itself countless times while preserving the character that makes Fishtown one of a kind after all these centuries.

There is a 1 day preparation time between each guests for cleaning & disinfecting purposes, in this fully furnished in-law suite with many amenities including a Washer, Dryer and a Neck, Back Massage Chair Pad. This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

The main floor has a large living room with flat screen TV and leads into the eat-in-kitchen. The laundry room has a beautiful bay window overlooking the spacious back yard. The upstairs bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. There is ample parking in the driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles.
