Delicious Cottage in villa,garden,stunning view

Il cottage è perfetto per una famiglia con bambini, per coppie di amici, per chi viaggia per lavoro, per chi ha bisogno di un parcheggio sicuro per la propria auto, ma soprattutto per chi ama la natura e preferisce respirare aria pura allo smog cittadino, il silenzio ai rumori del traffico di città ! COMFORT HOUSE

The Holiday Home is located in a secure private residence, a few steps from the center of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations and the Sanctuary and the main means of transport. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.

Portion of panoramic villa - free WIFI

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Villa Afrodite

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Dans cette maison plus que centenaire qui a vu défiler des générations complètes de notre famille, vous trouverez le calme sur la Marina Corricella. Petit port de pêche le plus authentique que vous trouverez dans la baie de Naples, vous aurez une vue plongeante sur la méditerranée. La maison se situe directement en première ligne sur le quai du port. Les barques colorées des pêcheurs donnent tout ce charme à la douceur de vivre de cet endroit.
