We loved our stay at Antoine’s Airbnb in Riquier. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location, away from the noise but we still could walk everywhere. There are plenty of boulangeries, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. We were welcomed by Rita who made us feel right at home and had some great local recommendations. We definitely recommend and would love to come back !

Территория жилого комплекса выглядит как ботанический сад, очень зелено, тихо, красиво. Квартира чистая и уютная. Спустившись вниз к морю вы оказываетесь в самом начале английской набережной, у вас захватывает дух от открывающегося вида! В квартире есть все, что вам нужно, словно вы у себя дома, от бокалов, кухонных приборов и посуды до некоторых специй. В вашем распоряжении огромная терасса, где можно загорать. Отдельное внимание парковочному месту. Огромное удобное место-роскошь в Ницце. Нас приняли с собачкой и это ещё один плюс. Благодарность хозяину и его команде за быстрое реагирование на наши просьбы. Мы будем рекомендовать это место и при возможности вернемся к вам снова!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We loved Rodica’s apartment for its location, convenience and the beautiful patio. Paul and Rodica were amazing host and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Nous sommes très contents. L'appartement est spatieux et fait bien passer la lumière 😀 Le lit double est super confortable, nous avons le dos sensible donc un lit ferme c'était parfait. La chambre avec fenêtre ouverte est assez bruyante car elle mène sur le boulevard (boules quies pour les sensibles). C'est pas très loin de la plage donc super pratique.

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Cindy est très réactive et attentionnée. Séjour très agréable , maison très spacieuse , extérieur très très bien aménagé pas de vis à vis et très très calme . Je recommande ce logement 👍

Très bon séjour toujours avec un formidable logement : c’est la seconde fois que nous venons et sommes toujours ravis. Maike est très réactive et disponible. Un régal. La résidence avec piscine est parfaite.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter. Wir kamen erst spät abends an und hatten noch ein paar Anliegen, Gastgeberin war bereit uns zu helfen.

Tout était parfait : le logement était très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour (notamment une cuisine très bien équipée). Située dans un quartier résidentiel, la maison est au calme tout en étant proche des commerces (moins de 5 min à pied) et de la plage (moins de 10 min à pied). Geoffroy est très sympathique avec des petites attentions à destination des hôtes appréciables. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Geweldige gastvrouw en gastheer. Zeer complete woning waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is! Zeer proper en verzorgd! Handig boek met tips voor de regio aanwezig. Kortom, top verblijf gehad, we hebben genoten!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Un accueilli chaleureux, dans un appartement propre ou chaque espaces est ordonnée et optimiser, le parking privé est plutôt facile d'accès et très apprécié pour une grande ville. Les informations fournies sur les restaurants et activités sur Grasse sont top ! Je recommande se logement à 100% J'ai même oublié un effet personnel, ils m'ont gentiment proposé de me l'envoyé par la poste.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Stephane. L’arrivée s’est faite de façon autonome grâce aux instructions très claires et précises de notre hôte. L’appartement était au-delà de nos attentes, il était très propre, nous avions à notre disposition tout l’électroménager nécessaire, nous avons également pu profiter de la terrasse très bien exposée. Concernant l’emplacement, l’immeuble est très bien situé (tout est faisable à pied), de plus la résidence est calme et très sécurisée. Stéphane est un hôte très accueillant et aux petits soins avec ses invités, la communication se fait très facilement et il est très compréhensif. Pour conclure nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons vivement !

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

Lovely and clean apartment with large bedrooms in a safe residential area in Nice. About a 10 min walk to the beach. 5 minutes to bakery, grocery, pharmacy etc. Great AC, which was really important since it was super hot when we were there. A few things to note: pay attention to your spam mail. Check-in instructions were emailed to us but were not available in the app. The email went to my spam so i didn't see it. This resulted in my jet lagged and exhausted kids husband sitting on the stoop with our bags for about a half hour while I went to another address about 15 minutes away, to pick up the keys.

房東人非常友善，一直與我們保持聯繫。 房源在5樓，因為位於熱鬧的街道，一直到凌晨四點都能聽到街上吵鬧的聲音，如果介意的人建議戴耳塞。其餘都很棒～ 步行可到許多景點，若追求熱鬧的人非常推薦！

What a magical view from this beautiful condo. Finding it was a little challenging, especially in the rain , and it is quite a chore to get heavy luggage up to the unit, but so well worth it. It’s a post card view from the unit. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping in the quaint neighborhood.

La zona è carina,lidl davanti,fermata tram sotto casa,parcheggi e ristoranti vicini! L’unica pecca che non avevamo capito che i bagni 1,5 in realtà era solo un wc e in sei persone è una pecca! Per il resto queentin e il top! Terrazzo super!

Malgré le mauvais temps lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le balcon puisse se fermer par de grandes vitres et nous avons pu profiter de cet espace et de la vue mer. Super accueil par Marie Hélène avec quelques bons plans restau dont nous avons su profiter et pouvons valider !
