Nous étions très contents de notre séjour chez Sérgio, l'appartement était très agréable à vivre.

Estive realizando um estágio na Universidade de Aveiro e fiquei durante 3 meses no studio do Mário. O studio e’ moderno e novo com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia longa ou curta. Fica muito bem localizado e na região central de Aveiro, perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes e vários pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer todos os passeios a pé. Mário e Frederico foram grandes anfitriões dando atenção desde os esclarecimentos para a reserva, durante a estadia e no check out. Sem dúvida o custo-benefício valeu a pena e quando retornar a Aveiro pretendo ficar no local.

Apartamento muy bien situado. Bien equipado y limpio. La propietaria nos estuvo esperando antes de la llegada para darnos la llave y presentarse. Esto se agradece ya que últimamente a la mayoría de establecimientos se accede con códigos.

La larga estancia ha sido excelente. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. El apartamento, acogedor y bien equipado, nos hizo sentir como en casa durante todo el tiempo. Contar con un supermercado justo en los bajos del edificio, abierto todos los días de 8 a 21, fue muy práctico. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable.

Hands down this is one of the of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for years. Around 6-7 minutes uber ride from the train station. Right in the middle of the town. And the apartment is absolutely well designed and new. Everything is pretty thoughtful and perfectly designed. You won’t be able to experience how great it is until you actually live in it. Big recommendation to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in a hotel but a cozy apartment instead.

Perfecto, apartamento muy recomendable.

Really enjoyed our stay. It is right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars and you can walk to all the sights, including the cathedral and university. The apartment is clean and feels new, the bed is comfortable. It has an amazing view over the city, with lots of windows. With the windows closed it is very quiet too. Pedro was a great host and recommended where to visit in the city.

A casa de Pedro é espetacular, conforme o que está no anúncio, muito agradável, acolhedora e está muito bem localizada, com comercio ao pé e também com uma maravilhosa praia a 5 minutos a pé. O espaço é fantástico tanto para nós como também para a nossa amiga e companheira de 4 patas. Lugar para voltar..... 10****

This apartment, or rather a tiny house, was so tastefully decorated and it had everything needed for a week stay. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful dishwear, super appliances! Modern and comfortable. Internet was reliable for two people remote working. The host was available and super friendly. Just one note: the shower door opening is only 31cm wide. This is not very accessible. A wider opening door or shower curtain would be better. Other than that, everything was just perfect. The apartment has beautiful details that give unique character to it, so delightful! A/C units with heating both downstairs and upstairs were very efficient but quiet, an absolute plus! Because the weather was stormy most days during our stay, we couldn’t enjoy the terrace but it was really lovely. Would love to stay in this apartment in the summer too!

Tivemos uma estadia muito tranquila. O espaço corresponde perfeitamente às fotos: é limpo, calmo, ligeiramente isolado e ao pé da Serra, exatamente como procurávamos. As comodidades e os serviços disponibilizados estavam em excelente estado, com exceção da churrasqueira, cuja grelha estava suja e enferrujada. No entanto, isso não comprometeu a nossa ótima experiência!

Great place to stay and enjoy :) the host (Sra Adelaide) was amazing, very helpful and responsive. The house is perfectly decorated, very comfortable and with all the amenities needed to enjoy a perfect weekend or longer stays. Would give 6 stars if possible ! Thank you for everything

We had a lovely weekend away ( group of families with children ) the house is well located, easy to access services and right by the beach on a quite road. The house was well equipped and enjoyable for a long weekend. Cris was an great host and very responsive with all communication. He was able to accommodate last minute changes too. We had enough space for a group of 10!

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rosa's Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer einfach atemberaubend.

Muito bem localizado, mesmo no centro da cidade mas suficientemente longe da confusão.

We enjoyed our stay at Marcio's in Coimbra. Very comfortable with great view over Coimbra. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Es gab unter anderem gesammelte Informationen zu allem, was man an Fragen hätte haben können. Sehr aufmerksam und proaktiv. Ana ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!
