There is an air conditioner and heaters. Electric blankets are on the beds in winter. The unit is cleaned by the owner and all recommended Covid-19 protocols are observed.

My selfcatering guesthouse is only 50 m away from the Atlantic beach and has beautiful views. You will relax and tan at the pool and on the huge Terrace. It is situated in a quiet and save residential area next to Klein Slangkop. There are many restaurants for all tastes which you can reach with a car in few minutes. Fairfield Cottage

Peaceful and secure self-catering cottage with separate garden flat offering fully equipped family accommodation in a leafy suburb of Newlands adjacent to Keurboom Park. There are views of the mountain from the terrace, secure parking and a private walled garden with swimming pool. The main house sleep 4-5 (double, twin and single bedrooms) and the garden flat sleep 2-4 (double bedroom and sofa-bed in living room). Fulham Garden Cottage

Fulham Garden Cottage is open for bookings again. After renovations and upgrades the cottage is even better than before. The cottage has a lounge, open plan fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, gas stove, etc. There is a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower. The Bedroom has enough cupboard space. The lounge has a very comfortable sleeper couche. You walk straight out on to a deck with a picnic table with views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the ocean.

This is the newest and best kitted out beach bungalow out of the 26 in the private nature reserve of Smitswinkel Bay, near Cape Point. A perfect barefoot holiday spot for reconnecting. Off grid, with solar powered fridge, gas appliances and candles and solar lamps at night. Built in braai on the deck and cozy wood stove inside. The architect-designed bungalow is spectacular with views from every angle and is beautifully decorated and kitted out. Great swimming and snorkelling!

Come and stay in our peaceful studio cottage high up on Helderberg Mountain surrounded by trees and hear the owls hooting as you fall asleep! Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!
