Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Les photos sur le site correspondent à la réalité . Le Propriétaire a été super réactif à mes questions et flexible à mes demandes. Tout était propre. Je recommande ce lieu qui nous a permis de passer un moment extraordinaire entre amis. Pour visiter Madrid bus métro et ubers

Male a été une très bonne hôte, toujours disponible et très réactive. la maison est charmante et pratique avec une salle de bain par chambre ce qui simplifie e enormement l'organisation pour des couples ou amis. Nous avons déjà réservé notre prochain séjour.

Maison très fonctionnelle nous étions 9 métro à proximité pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller dans Madrid. très bien équipée pour les repas à 9

L’appartement de Maria est fidèle aux photos, il est très douillet et très bien équipé. Il y a eu une petite fuite au niveau du plafond un soir de pluie mais Maria a été très réactive. L’emplacement est super également, un peu excentré mais le bus est à 1 minute de l’appartement et il passe régulièrement. Tout était super, merci à Maria pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, quand nous reviendrons à Madrid nous logerons de nouveau ici !

We had an excellent stay. Javier’s daughter let us into the property and showed us around, she was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, which we were very grateful for. Garden area was lovely, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ or swimming pool as visit was in April and it wasn’t warm enough but garden would be fantastic in the summer months. We were pleasantly surprised that we could securely park our large (Ford Tourneo Custom) family car on the driveway- inside automatic gates, which allowed us easy loading and unloading of our luggage. We visited Parque Warner and Parque de Atracciones both of which were only a 25/30 minute drive away. Would throughly recommend staying in this property, house was spacious and had everything we needed for a brilliant stay. Thank you Javier! Xx

A mí y a mi familia nos gustó mucho quedarnos aquí y la ubicación fue perfecta ya que necesitábamos estar en el centro de la ciudad por un evento. El piso era muy amplio y luminoso, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y más. La host siempre atenta y contrastaba rápido, no contraté servicio limpieza y aunque caro muy eficiente. El piso está en un segundo piso y no hay elevador, abajo del edificio está una discoteca por lo que escucharán todo el ruido de la gente que entra, sale y fuma en la calle ..es ruidoso así que llevar tapones para poder dormir…cosas para tener en cuenta. Sin embargo es maravilloso ver x tu balcón el edificio de la ópera y la plaza de enfrente llena de vida…un lugar muy, muy céntrico y justo enfrente está la entrada al metro

Loved our stay with Pilar and Angie. The apartment was really clean, welcoming and well laid out. 2 private bathrooms, 3 private bedrooms and a communal seating / eating area. Around Gaztambide there is lots to see and do, and you are only a few minutes from Arguelles Metro which gets you right into the centre of Madrid. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Madrid! It worked out perfectly for our group of four. The space was very clean, and having two full bathrooms made everything so much more convenient. The location was fantastic — coffee shops, a grocery store, a fruit stand, and great restaurants were all just a short walk away. There’s also a beautiful park just a block from the apartment, which we loved exploring. Ubers were always available within two minutes, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, the apartment is in a very quiet area, so we always had a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day. Highly recommend!

Szuper helyen, jól felszerelt, kényelmes kis lakás. Kettőnknek pont ideális volt. Kérdéseinkre mindig hamar kaptunk választ, sőt közlekedési és helyi bár/étterem ajánlataik nagyon hasznosnak bizonyultak. Köszönjük szépen a segítőkészséget és a rugalmasságot. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped apartment in the heart of Madrid. Central between Royal Palace and the Retiro Park and art museums. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Host made extra effort to make our check in very easy, and was easy to communicate with. Only downside was that the building next door is under construction or demolition and there were jackhammer noises each day starting before 8:30 am and continuing through the day.

We found the apartment to be exactly as described. The location was an easy walk to the palace, The Grand Via, and more. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working but it wasn’t really a problem for us. We especially loved the openness of the kitchen and living area.

Glora and her home was perfect for our recent stay in Madrid. My wife and I were the lucky guests who visited Spain during the region-wide power outage - despite the chaos, she met us promptly at our coordinated time and got us all situated with no issues. She ensured we had a map and could get around to traverse the city which was very helpful. Her home itself was well-equipped with all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay and we very much enjoyed the evenings outside on the terrace. We would definitely consider staying again - highly recommend for any visitors of Madrid!

Our stay at this apartment in Goya, Madrid was truly excellent. The location is unbeatable — within walking distance of major shopping streets, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. It served as the perfect base for exploring the city with ease and convenience. The apartment itself is exceptionally well-appointed, featuring high-end appliances, a generous supply of towels, and ample cleaning products. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience. The host was outstanding — highly professional, responsive, and attentive to every question or request, often replying within minutes. As a minor note, it seems the building may primarily accommodate long-term residents, and there may be some sensitivity to short-term guests. However, this did not detract from our experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely flat. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to other visitors to Madrid.

Hemos ido a pasar el fin de semana 14 amigos y hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la casa, muy cómoda y con salas de entretenimiento junto con el patio muy bien equipada cada zona. El anfitrión muy atento, nos ha ayudado a que la estancia haya sido agradable en todo momento. Recomendable al 100% ☺️

Hemos pasado unos amigos el fin de semana en esta increíble casa. Es un alojamiento, moderno y acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa, lo recomendamos 100%. Limpio, ordenado, comodidad… Si hay que poner un “pero”, diría que las almohadas se deberían de mejorar, son muy blandas y la casa por la noche se quedaba un poco fría, la temperatura la tienen siempre a 22°, pero hacía un poco de frío en las zonas comunes, por las noches la mayoría dormía con alguna manta por encima. Independiente de esto, todo fue increíble.

Hemos alquilado el alojamiento entre 15 amigos y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor: piscina, bbq, jardín, salón enorme apartado de la casa para poder bailar, hacer juegos de mesa, etc. mientras que el resto podía descansar sin problema. Y Teba, la anfitriona, súper disponible y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo. Perfecto para un fin de semana de verano y cerca de Madrid. Volveremos seguro.

Luca es un anfitrión de 100. Siempre está atento a los huéspedes y muy flexible y aceptable a las peticiones de los clientes. Hemos pasado un finde increíble gracias a Luca. Super recomendable y cuando pueda volveré!

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Molino del Manto, y esperamos poder volver pronto. La casa es perfecta para familias, de mayores a pequeños con un montón de espacios dentro y fuera, amplios y luminosos. Los jardines son una maravilla y la cocina para cenas numerosas en familia al calor de la chimenea, también! A destacar la gente al cargo de la casa, muy agradables, discretos y siempre pendientes de que estuviéramos cómodos.

Una casa preciosa y muy acogedora, con jardines inmensos y mucho espacio dentro también para nuestro grupo. Genial que hay un baño en cada habitación. Los anfitriones muy atentos y cariñosos. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y si surge, seguro que repetiríamos. Altamente recomendable.

El alojamiento de Joaquín es increíble. Ubicado en una zona tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza. La casa es genial, grande, espaciosa no le falta de nada, cuidada, ordenada y limpia. Este fin de semana ha hecho mucho frío pero la calefacción calentaba bastante y la chimenea fue un plus. Nos llovió mucho y pudimos aprovechar muy poco el exterior pero también está fenomenal, con un porche cubierto y mesas y sillas suficientes. Fuimos con amigos y lo pasamos fenomenal. Joaquín un anfitrión muy atento que resolvió muy rápidamente todas nuestras dudas. Un lugar para repetir sin duda.
